Galaxy Restaurant (Circle L Steakhouse & The Wine Room)
The Galaxy offers a unique approach to your Private Dining needs. We offer multiple private dining areas as well as semi private space in the Circle L Steakhouse. We handle a variety of group dinner functions including rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings & dinners, anniversary, birthday, and family celebrations. The 400+ bottle wine list has earned the Wine Spectator Best Award of Excellence, and the list has been awarded for the past 16 years. We offer wonderful pre-set menus or we can customize to your liking. Our own Circle L Ranch provides a fresh farm to table experience you will not find anywhere else. The Galaxy’s professional staff, signature cuisine, warm atmosphere, and extensive wine list make us your perfect destination.

The Cellar Room

We created the Cellar Room specifically for private dining. Rightly named, the room has a full view of our 5000 bottle temperature controlled wine cellar. The Cellar Room offers private dining seating up to 30 people and is equipped with a wireless presentation screen, sound, warm lighting and fireplace. Several creative set up options are available. Whether you’re looking for lunch, dinner, wine tasting/pairing or hors d’oeuvres, we will take care of every detail!
The Steakhouse Mezzanine

Located in our Circle L Steakhouse - This ever so popular, semi secluded dining area is situated behind our Water-wall feature on the upper level. Seating is available for parties up to 20 people.
The Wine Room
30 Sitzplätze
Join us in the cozy surroundings of the Wine Room where soft sophistication equals a relaxed elegance in dining. The Wine room features a wine bar, a view of our wine cellar with two fireplaces. This room is available for private events all day Sunday and any day prior to 3:00pm with a capacity of 30 people.
The Galaxy Banquet Center

For larger groups, the Galaxy Banquet Center offers 4 separate rooms or a combined grand ballroom to handle any type of event from 40 to 500 people. Our spaces offer uniquely decorated rectangular-shaped rooms that make us the ideal choice for everything from business conferences, corporate events, meetings, and seminars to elegant wedding celebrations. Each room can be combined or separated depending on the size of the function.
