Nestled in the heart of San Francisco’s bustling Financial District, Wayfare Tavern is a classic San Francisco tavern, the restaurant embodies a passion for high quality, featuring authentic American dishes inspired by local turn-of-the century cuisine. The restaurant’s décor pays homage to the neighborhood’s eclectic ‘Barbary Coast’ past with rich wood-paneled interiors, reclaimed wooden floors and original brick salvaged from the Great Quake. The Billiards Room

Our private room on the second floor may be rented as a pool room or a dining room. The pool table converts to a wood top dining table that can accommodate up to 16 guests. The Billiards Room is the perfect spot to watch a sporting event or host an intimate dinner for a small group of friends.

The Sequoia at renowned Wayfare Tavern is the perfect private bar, lounge, and private event space, versatile enough for all of your hosting needs. Located on the 4th floor with a Skylight view of the Transamerica Pyramid this room was designed to WOW. The creative vision by legendary Ken Folk pays homage to the building’s history with the repurposing of the vault, transformed into a secret seating area.
