Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, our fondue restaurant offers three elegantly decorated and furnished event spaces. The Opus Room accommodates parties of up to 20 guests in its warm and inviting atmosphere, which is perfect for board meetings, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, or any occasion. Our Champagne Room is great for groups of 10 and the Chateau Room can seat larger groups of up to 28. Have a more extensive guest list? We can accommodate that too. Rent out our entire restaurant for a day or evening event. Whether it's a few coworkers coming in for a work celebration, a couple looking for a night away from the kids or a family getting together for their daughter's Sweet Sixteen, The Melting Pot has the space, and the menu, to turn any occasion into a memorable one. Floor to ceiling windows welcome in natural light. There is no minimum spend, however every guest must order our Four-Course experience. The Champagne Room

For smaller events, our Champagne Room is the perfect fit. This space allows for 8 to 10 guests. While cozy, this is the ideal spot for intimate conversation and lasting memories. The Chateau Room
