On temperate evenings, Casa Mono’s retractable glass walls open onto a leafy corner of historic Irving Place. Inside, all attention is on the open kitchen where skilled chefs turn out impeccable Michelin starred raciones and the Cava Mono flows. Tucked around the corner is Bar Jamón, a mahogany hued nook where the walls are lined with wine and the Iberico is plentiful. Your party guests may feel like they’ve just wandered off La Rambla, not Union Square Park.
