Room names are inspired by the workers involved in the process of making whiskey, with names like Cooper, Blender, and Mashman, and can accommodate up to 150 guests. A flexible room for large or intimate groups where edgy meets elegant. The name was inspired by the distilling room where whiskey and other spirits are made. The room carries the film noir inspired industrial speakeasy theme you find in our restaurant with natural light and elegant carpets.
