Executive Chef Jesse Souza and the culinary team feature seasonally rotating menus which include items such as Dungeness Crab and Shrimp Cake with Tomato-Ginger Jam, BLT Salad with Candied Bacon, Heirloom Tomato, and Poblano Ranch, Cedar Planked King Salmon with truffle cream and Local Honey, Miso Glazed Black Cod with coconut-ginger rice cake and sesame beurre blanc, and Roquefort-Crusted Filet Mignon with asparagus and silky potato purée.
