Food & beverage minimums are based on the time of day, the day of the week, and month of the year. Frida Private Room Celebrations can be booked no more than 6 months in advance. The food & beverage minimum includes 3 hours of celebration time. There is no room rental fee, if the minimum is met. FLORA will allow clients to extend their events for an additional cost. An administrative fee will be applied to the final bill to cover labor and coordination. Due to health, safety and liquor laws, all food and beverage must be supplied by FLORA and must be consumed on-site.
