Carmine’s is known for our southern Italian family style cuisine perfect for groups of 15 or more offering immense value through the large portions that are meant to be shared. Famous in the New York City area for nearly 25 years, we opened our Las Vegas outpost in the summer of 2013. Carmine’s Las Vegas offers unique restaurant event space with the ability to seat up to 300 guests without requiring a buyout. Within our 28,000 square feet we feature extensive dining room space covering two floors and multiple private/ semi-private areas perfect for groups of all sizes. Carmine’s is conveniently located on the infamous Las Vegas Strip in the Forum Shops at Caesars.
