Since 1986, Woolley’s Kitchen + Bar has been known for mouth-watering steaks, fresh fish, seafood, and outstanding service. Our food embodies classic American cuisine at its finest. The dinner menu specializes in fresh & local selections like premium certified Angus beef & chops, fresh fish & seafood, pasta, and poultry. Great steaks and red meat call for great red wine, which led this independently-owned restaurant to do a serious job of assembling a wine list. We focused on California Cabernets and Meritage wines, but we also feature some of the best wines from the US and around the world. Located inside of Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport, Woolley's Kitchen + Bar embodies classic American cuisine at its finest. At 425 sq. ft., our Pepin Room is our smallest private event space. Perfect for intimate dinners and small meetings, the Pepin Room offers plenty of space for your smaller events.
Itasca

At 700 sq. ft, our Itasca Room is the most unique space on property. Featuring natural lighting, industrial chandeliers and a fireplace, Itasca will set the mood for your rehearsal dinner, anniversary parties, company luncheons or meetings. Adjacent to Itasca is Woolley's Restaurant which can be used as a semi private space and an extension of our Itasca Room.
Woolley's North

Woolley's North is a section of the restaurant that is oftentimes reserved for semi-private events. The most common events in this space are retirement parties, rehearsal dinners and receptions. Our semi-private atmosphere is a huge draw for more casual events.
Nokomis

Nokomis, oftentimes referred to as a our "junior ballroom" is the perfect space for larger parties that wouldn't quite fit in a ballroom. With over 1,100 sq. ft., this space is perfect for events of up to about 90 people. When the air wall is closed, Nokomis can split into two smaller, more intimate spaces which can seat 30 people.

With over 3,000 sq. ft., our two ballrooms are our largest spaces. When working with one of our Catering Managers to plan your menu from Woolley's, you will have hands on assistance from your first contact through your entire event. There are many options including buffets, plated and interactive stations. No matter what your event is, we have the perfect menu for you.
