PRISM Ratings and Reviews
The food was absolutely amazing! The service was amazing! I’ve never been to fine dining that brings you hot cloths for your hands and face nor water poured from such beautiful bottles . I had the NY Steak and it was everything !!!! Those with me had the lamb chops , and rib eye and they were very satisfied ! A1 quality service and amazing to the taste buds .
The food was AMAZING! By far one of the best steaks I've had. The service was wonderful (thank you Evan and Sammy)!! We drove an hour for the dinner and it was worth every penny! The live music was a nice touch but still able to have casual conversation. Don't be afraid to ask for more hot towels :)
This was our first visit and will be back.....the food was divine, the service was awesome and friendly. We have already recommended to several other couples. There definitely is no better restaurant for steak!! Thanks for the delicious dinner and a beautiful evening.
My son said "This is the best steak that I have ever eaten". With practically every restaurant "smoke free" now, the smoke from the casino distracted from the fine dining experience. Two gentlmen wore their hats in the dining room which was also a disappointment. The food was delicious. The service was excellent!!!
I took my wife here for her birthday. They had a guitarist playing music which made it difficult to hear my wife and her to hear me. The food was good with the exception of having undercooked mashed potatoes with the short rib...that was very off-putting. Our waitress was less than good. Slow service, showing favoritism to the "regulars" and a general lack of knowledge about the menu. There was also a very strange cadence to the meal. Appetizers came out quickly and then the bread. We then waiting for quite a while for the table to be cleared. 10 minutes later, she brought our steak knives and then about 15 minutes later our entrees came. We were never asked for more wine or another drink. All-in-all, was not a very pleasant meal and I'm not sure if we would go back. This was our second meal here with close to the same results. I will say again, the food was good but it did not make up for the other lacking qualities of our experience.
we always look for a new experience when we visit the D and we found this place on OT and decided to give it a try.. it was better than average but not a WOW kinda place chopped salad was good as were the entree's ( srared scallops and Halibut) Lobster bisque was barely so-so.. decent is the word
Lisa was FANTASTIC, she wasn't supposed to be my Server, but when I "waited a bit" she came right over and said "I'll take care of you". Wine Man Frederick was over the top - one of the best Sommilier's I've ever encountered. The Food was great as well. Overall my expectations were exceeded mainly by Lisa and Frederick!
We decided to try Prism for our anniversary dinner. We really enjoyed it. The services was great. Our waiter, Shaun, was friendly, attentive and informative. Since they knew we were celebrating our anniversary we were sat at a cozy table with a great view. We had the rock shrimp appetizer, which I would highly recommend. We both enjoyed our steaks and the shareable sides were awesome (asparagus, au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach were our three choices). They even kept our leftovers for us while we went and gambled for a bit. Over all a great experience.
Overall the service and atmosphere was excellent. My main course which was lamp chops wet fatty and l would prefer just chat broiled than in a sauce( my preference). I originally had wanted the short ribs but we're not available(disappointed). My husband enjoyed his filet and crab and our children enjoyed their meal. It was my birthday celebration and they did bring a tasty dessert with a candle to celebrate..so thank you very much for the added touch. Overall nice dining experience but l hope the next time we done the short ribs will be available for me to try.
From the moment we were greeted at the desk, we experienced friendly, helpful staff.
The bone-in filet, something new for us, was perfectly cooked and delicious, as was
the grilled asparagus side. For my husband's birthday, the manager requested for us
a complimentary carmelized peach dessert, which included fresh berries, the whole
on a pillow of dense whipped cream. We'd eat everything again!
Been here several times.
Servers are great, but support serving staff is not that attentive.
Food delivery is slow.
Food has to be sent back several times because of temperatures.
Hosts need some polish.
Guests should have chairs pulled out and seated personally.
Bartenders are great and pour well.
Prism was a great dinning experience from the minute we entered the restaurant.Everyone was up beat and very friendly .The waitress Lisa was on top of her game when it came to service. The food was prepared exactly as requested, and very good .Portions of food were great. The only item not so great of a high end restaurant was you had to leave the restaurant to use the restrooms.I found very odd. I would recommend Prism to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
disappointed, have been there in the past and overall experience was good. this past experience was fair to disappointing. The service was slow. It was about 1 1/2 hrs before we got out meal. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery although the pasta accompaniment was good. My son's scallop were not fresh and had a slight fishy smell; however the rest of his meal was good. I'm not sure what was going on this night; whether the 1/2 price evening had any cause for the issues or not, I have not run into this in the past. The waiter also did not bother to ask me is I wanted a cocktail or later coffee, I had to ask after he acknowledged my son't order.
