    They made some changes to the menu, and unfortunately not in a good way. The short ribs used to be so goo. It was served with mashed potato’s and red sauce. Now it had a white sauce and a potato cheese bacon croqueta. The risotto and scallop was a bit over cooked and for whatever reason they put candied crunchy (walnuts?) something that was just not a flavor that should ever go with seafood. They also couldn’t make a Hugo spritz, and a Negroni (on menu) - they were missing ingredients. The squash blossom appetizer was the only positive change on this menu. We like the atmosphere, and the food was always good, but this time we were left disappointed.

    Our favorite place but today everything was a little off.Food took a long time. Eggs weren’t done right. Got toast without butter or Jam. Very minimal potatoes on one plate & overload on the other. Hope its just one off day but had to let you know.

    We had a wonderful family dinner and had the pleasure of eating in the Printworks Bistro. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. They helped add a few guests to our party without hesitation. Michaela was the best server and so kind. The food was hot and very flavorful!! Always a pleasure dining here.
