    We have been many times at night and given 5star reviews. We expected the same at brunch- we were disappointed. The food was lackluster and not up to the usual quality we have loved at PWB., and the service was good but not the usual great we have experienced. We will continue to recommend your dinner service but will find another place for brunch.

    As usual, the food was fantastic! We strongly believe Print Works offers the best overall value for fine dining in the Triad. Unfortunately, our waitress was absolutely underwhelming forgetting our requests and blaming the bar being backed up even though it was empty on a Wednesday night. Usually, we have great wait staff that are very polite and helpful. This person was not. I’m a bit surprised Print Works has lowered their standards, but then again they aren’t immune from making a bad hiring decision.
