   The food was fantastic as usual but the service was lacking compared to what it usually is at this restaurant. Many tables in our section were waiting for coffee refills, checks, etc. Hopefully it was just an off day because this is one of my favorite breakfast places.

   We had beignets as an appetizer during our brunch they were delicious, I’ve never tried them with honey that was a nice option. All four of us in our party loved our meals. We ordered French Toast, Avocado Toast, and the Breakfast platter. I requested my eggs softly scrambled and they were perfect, some of the best eggs I’ve ever had! I also ordered the steel cut oats because I have to try them everywhere we go, they were fantastic! We’ll definitely be back soon!

   We arrived at 5:15 p.m. tonight, and the place was already packed. Perhaps graduation parties. I figured it would impact service levels, but no, our server was friendly and attentive and our food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. I give the staff the highest grades for delivering such fine service on such a busy night.
