I had the best waitress, she was funny & attentive! The food & atmosphere was great as well.
I normally rate this restaurant as my favorite place for dinner. Lunch, not so much. I don't like the combination of Brunch rather than having more lunch choices. Options are limited. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and specifically asked that the egg yolk be running. It was not. Service was okay, but not the level I have gotten in the past.
We felt very comfortable inside, all COVID precautions expertly handled. Food and service consistently excellent
Great menu items, great wait staff, lovely restaurant!
Ordered shrimp salad croissant as did my friend. We both thought there wasn’t enough shrimp salad and the croissants were hard and dried out....stale. The fries were good.
Great brunch with family. Would've loved to sit outside but it was booked. Our indoor experience was just as good!
Fine dining at its best!
Service and food is great
The waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was of the highest quality. A candle even was placed in my dessert for my birthday!
I had a wonderful time celebrating my wedding anniversary with my husband and my youngest child. The employees were professional, the bistro is elegant, the environment is calm, relaxing and romantic for me. I’m looking forward to going back to there again very soon.
Lovely outdoor dining
An April evening on the terrace with great food and friends..what more do you want
I met with a friend for brunch here and it was divine! We were sat at the most perfect table outside that overlooked a small creek and it was beautiful. The service was great! The food was delicious (I had the beignets with a side of scrambled eggs and the bistro potatoes.) We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely return
Great all around.
At one point there were eight separate flies at our table, all over our food and no one said anything to acknowledge the situation as my husband and I tried to repeatedly swat them away. The clear barriers on three sides of the booth ensured that they never fully escaped our table. The waiter was much more concerned with flirting with the bar staff than serving my husband and I or refilling our drinks. We were celebrating my graduation with my doctoral degree and even though this was noted on the reservation, nothing was acknowledged until after we paid our check and the waiter rushed over to ask if we could stay an extra five minutes for a free dessert. I expect a much better experience at a restaurant of this quality. I’ve been here a number of times before, but this experience has ensured that I will certainly consider other options before driving 45 minutes for PWB.
Our server was wonderful – sweet and efficient. This is such a beautiful restaurant and hotel. Can’t wait to come back!
Business lunch. Perfect setting. Seemed to be the 'go-to' place as we ran into several other key contacts during lunch.
The Print Works Bistro is a beautiful restaurant.. It’s so tastefully done both inside and out! Even the ladies’ room was lovely! Truth be told, i’d go back just because I loved the setting! And, the service was good. However, the food was average at best. I had the meatloaf which i hate to say was overcooked, dry and tasteless. The food was such a disappointment because i had expected the cuisine to be as elegant as the decor, and it just didn’t measure up. I can only hope that we ordered the wrong entree or the chef was having a bad day. If we go back, i will definitely try another dish and hope it will be better.
Birthday lunch fir my daughter.
Best brunch! Wait staff is stellar! Love going there.
Great experience with an awesome waiter. The food was delicious. The experience was made exceptional with our waiter, Gavin. Gavin was very attentive throughout the meal through our departure. Gavin set the bar for waiters at Print Works. As we needed items throughout the meal he was quick to address them. Removed the dirty dishes throughout the meal that can pile up. Brought us a bag at the bed to carry out our containers without being asked. Overall a great experience. Print Works should be thankful to have Gavin on staff.
I was delighted to see the two of you come in for brunch! I agree with you, Gavin is a wonderful part of our team! I cannot wait to share your high compliments with him. He will be thrilled. Thank you for taking the time to share and giving us the opportunity to show you what we are all about! We are looking forward to your next visit! Ashley Amaral
Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. Outstanding wait staff!!! We will be coming here often.
Print Works is an outstanding location for a wonderful Sunday morning brunch. Ambiance is great, food is wonderful and the no rush atmosphere was great for a Sunday morning.
Was not impressed with the service. Maybe they were just having an off night or our expectations were too high.
Amazing food and beautiful setting
As always we love dining at Print Works! We decided to eat at the bar to celebrate my birthday and didn’t realize how busy the bar staff would be. But we were not in a rush so it worked out perfectly. However we did notice some changes on the menu. The Tuna tartare was accompanied by some kind of white fluffy rice crackers but they didn’t work very well with the texture of the tartare.
Delia was attentive and provided great service! Our experience overall was wonderful! So happy you are now open.
Print Works needs to recover from pandemic problems and return to its former level of quality.
Everything was amazing! Server, food, wine, atmosphere. Wish we lived closer!
Michael was our server & was great & informative. I had met with friends I hadn't seen in 15 months b/c of pandemic. We had a wonderful time.
meatloaf and risotto were great. Had an excellent wine, inexpensive as well Beignets were also very good. Service excellent.
Limited menus for lunch/brunch but large enough to find something to enjoy. The food preparation is excellent. I love the atmosphere. The service was excellent.
Not much seasoning on food but VERY buttery. Atmosphere very nice tho
We always love our time at Print Works. It feels like we're escaping to a larger city...or another country. We have very high standards when it comes to food, and we have yet to be disappointed after many visits. The ambience is better than any other restaurant in Greensboro and the service is always high quality, yet never snooty. I enjoyed the vegetarian entree and my husband loved his appetizer and meal. The Oma's Delight cocktail was exactly what I wanted and we were treated with free dessert for our anniversary. Superb, as always!
It was fantastic. Food was excellent and our server was the best I ever had anywhere. Awesome job
Shout out to Jose who made our evening very enjoyable. He was attentive, professional and charming. So thank you Jose.
Food as always was very good. The brussel sprouts appetizer has a wonderful sauce that even non- brussel sprout folks will love. The artisan plate was disappointing as the cheeses tasted old and there was no prosciutto as offered. Also thought the calamari fingers we an odd cut as we always had rings wherever we order calamari. But the accompanying sauce saved them.
Print works is still one of our favorite restaurants in Greensboro. The bartenders k ow how to make great drinks and the staff is well trained. Well be hack again soon.
Service was a little low and the scallops had no flavor. We eat here every time we come to Greensboro and this was the first meal less that 5 stars so we'll chalk it up this time to an off night.
This is such a great place for a special night out. It feels like you’re in New York City! It’s so glamorous and the decorations and music give it such an amazing ambiance. I will definitely be back!
As usual, the food and service were outstanding! Great place for a business lunch.
Lovely spot for an anniversary dinner! Waitress was great even giving us a comp dessert! Champagne selection was excellent. Such a beautiful surroundings!
I am always satisfied when I come here. I’ve eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything I’ve had was delicious! Can’t wait to come back again!
Fantastic food and service. Appreciate adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols.
