Great food and environment! I recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. The best in the state!
This was my second visit to Prints Works and with such a Wonderful dining Experience, I plan to visit over and over again
I had heard good things about Print Works but they definitely exceeded my expectations!
Always the best when I’m in town for work.
We had a wonderful experience as always. The food was excellent and the service was great and the restaurant was slammed due to furniture market. We were entertaining friends from out of town and they loved it!
Server was more interested in doing side work than taking orders. Another server took our order when he asked. We never seem to get hot food. The calamari was like eating an eraser.
We always have a pre-lunch meeting in the meeting area & that is why we continue to go to Print Works. Out of the last 3 lunch meetings, one was satisfactory (August). We are looking at other venues that may offer a meeting space similar to what Proximity offers.
Had lunch there. The food was very good. We had the quiche and the trout. Somewhat small servings. We felt a bit rushed by the servers and they were slow to refill water/coffee.
Loved listening to A M Rodeo! Their music was so upbeat and festive!
My daughters’s birthday
Absolutely one of the best dining experiences in Greensboro. My family and friends continue to go to PWB often. Can’t recommend it enough!!
Wow! We are so lucky to have dedicated guests such as yourself! Thank you very much for taking a moment and sharing these kind words! We absolutely look forward to continue to impress you and your friends and family for years to come! Cheers, Ashley Amaral
This was our first time visiting Print Works Bistro and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The waiter was very patient and attentive, but not overly attentive. He answered questions about gluten free options and several other questions with confidence and accuracy. The Bistro itself is very soothing, with an outdoor area that is just lovely!
We went for lunch on a holiday and had no issues reserving a table ahead of time through OpenTable.
Our food arrived promptly and was hot (which isn't always the case in restaurants), and delicious! We will most definitely be returning to the Bistro in the very near future.
Good food and service
We had the spinach and forgot to ask that it be sauteed in garlic. Just mentioned it to the server and without asking five minutes later she brought us spinach sauteed in garlic!! Amazing service and the lunch prices are great.
This is so fantastic to read! We really love going above and beyond for our guests, whether it's something small or something large. Thanks for sharing! Megan M
Wonderful food. Great atmosphere. Server made great suggestions. Highly recommend.
Wow! Thank you so much for your kind words and for being our advocate! Megan M
Love the ambiance and wonderful service, dinner was excellent and so was the dessert!!
Looks like we hit the nail on the head! I'm so thrilled you had a great meal with us! Megan M
Amazing service from our Waiter and the food was exceptional and at a great price! Will be going back soon!
Oh this is so great to read! Thanks for celebrating your anniversary with us! Your server, Brian, is such an asset to our team and will be so pleased to see this. Megan M
I always leave here thinking, why did I just spend $200 on this bland, boring meal? The ambiance is great and I think that it distracts from how underwhelming the actual dining experience is. If you want to spend this much money go to 1618 or The Marisol!
Oh my, I'm so sorry we've left you with this impression! We certainly take this as an act of friendship for you to tell us this, and for that we thank you. If you are so inclined and have the time, I would love to hear more specifics about your experience and learn how we can regain some of the credibility we've spent with you. Sincerely, Megan Millsaps 336-379-0699
My wife and I were visiting from out of town and had dinner at the Print Works Bistro last Saturday night. It was a very disappointing experience. Our appetizer, the Local Lamb & Tickler Meatballs ($13), was anything but appetizing. The meatballs were few, small, tasteless and overwhelmed by creme fraiche and mashed potatoes in which they were bathed, which was also uninspired. For our main course, we chose to split the Braised Beef Short Ribs Bourguignonne ($33) in order to save room for dessert. The description of this dish in the menu sounded scrumptious, but, just like the meatballs, was misleading. The brussels sprouts that accompanied the beef were nearly raw, and so very difficult to chew. I understand and embrace the idea of cooking vegetables to where they remain firm to the tooth, but the chef has entirely misconstrued this concept. Perhaps most disappointing, the beef itself was actually COLD inside, and had no appreciable flavor. By this point, our appetites had been thoroughly quashed, so we decided to forgo dessert and return to our hotel. I would note also that we had thought of having a shrimp dish as our main course, but our server pointed out that there was only one fish on the menu that was not farm-raised. I would also have preferred grass fed beef, both for it's higher omega 3 ratios and it's superior flavor. Once you've gotten used to it, everything else tastes like cardboard. To be fair, the restaurant offered us the option of a free dessert or having the cost of the entree removed from our check, and we chose the latter, since we no longer had an appetite and were staying in a hotel. Also to be fair, we only tried these two things, so maybe something else would have been better. I wouldn’t take a chance, though, should I return to Greensboro in the future.
Great service. We enjoyed sitting outside this time.
The terrace is so wonderful this time of year! Thanks for stopping by! Megan M
Great food, beautifully presented without being gaudy. When the restaurant is full, it’s a bit louder than I prefer for a nice dinner.
Thank you for your kind words Rick! We look forward to your next visit! Megan M
The waitress was terribly unpleasant. We did not feel welcome and felt rushed to leave. The place is very loud and poorly lit. Food is decent but not for the price. If you think you're classy, you'll probably eat here but a truly classy person wouldn't step foot in here.
Oh my, I am so sorry that we did not make you feel welcome on your visit! I would love the chance to speak with you to learn more about your experience and how we can earn back some of the credibility that we spent. Thank you so much for giving us this information and I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Megan Millsaps 336-379-0699
Print Works is our “go to” place in the Triad!!
Oh hooray! We're so glad to have you as a regular guest! Megan M
I wouldn’t recommend based on this visit. I ordered an omelette and after 20 min, it finally came but was wrong. After another 30 min it came again wrong and by then, I needed to leave for a meeting. Just coffee for breakfast.
Oh gosh, I'm so sorry we didn't deliver on the quality of experience you rightly expected. I would love the opportunity to speak with you as well as learn how we can make this right with you. Sincerely, Megan Millsaps 336-379-0699
Cocktails were highlight of the evening. The phrase that comes to mind is their reach exceeds their grasp: Ambitious menu but kitchen could not deliver. Food generally was under seasoned. Duck was particularly disappointing but even the short ribs, which looked like they should be good, were underwhelming and bland. Service was perfunctory: This could have been just our server as there were others around that seemed more interested
While I'm glad you enjoyed our cocktails, I hate to see that we disappointed you so much with the meal itself. We know it is our friends who let us know when we've made a mistake, so we thank you for this act of friendship in sharing your feedback. I hope that you'll visit us again and give us a chance to earn back some of the trust we lost this visit. Sincerely, Megan Millsaps 336-379-0699
I'm vegan and only had one choice and I was disappointed first time ever ! I ordered the acorn squash, not that good.
Oh gosh, I'm so sorry we disappointed you on your first visit here. Our intention is that everyone feels welcome to dine here no matter the dietary modification. This is certainly valid feedback and I will make sure our culinary team receives it. Thank you so much for sharing this with us! Megan M
Great place. Food was great. Amazing waitress.
Will be dining in again.
Oh how wonderful! We are looking forward to your next visit! Megan M
We loved our main course. Dessert was not what we expected. Loved the atmosphere!
I'm glad you had a great time! If you're so inclined, we would love to learn more about dessert - we always love to know where there's an opportunity for us to grow and improve! Thank you! Megan M 336-379-0699
Had a very enjoyable evening. The service was just right, not too intrusive yet took prompt. Food as usual very good and ambiance was terrific. Thanks for a wonderful time.
This is fantastic to hear! We're so happy that you had such a wonderful time! Megan M
Food and service are always awesome. Highly recommended.
Wow! Awesome is great to hear! Thank you for taking a moment to share! Megan M
We went for brunch for my friend's bridal shower and other than the bistro potatoes being extremely salty (to the point i couldn't finish them) everything was perfect. The waitstaff was good, the food was good, it was a beautiful environment. It was truly a great experience and we will be coming back.
Wow! Thank you for the kind words. We are so excited that you enjoyed your time with us. It is even more amazing that you will be joining us again! We are looking forward to it!
As always, the service, food and ambience on the patio was outstanding.
We're so pleased you stopped by and enjoyed a relaxing meal on the terrace! Thank you Janet! Megan M
Beautiful setting, attentive service and wonderful food, a great combination for a relaxing brunch. We will be back!
I am so thrilled to see you enjoyed your experience with us! Thank you for taking the time to share!
Love the atmosphere, though moderately noisy when crowded. Food was delicious. Lots of delicious options. Service was a little inattentive - there were many large parties. Reservations recommended. Have been here several times and will go back when in Greensboro.
Thank you so much! I'm sorry your service wasn't up to our usual level - our intention is never for a large party to detract from anyone else's experience and I'm sorry it did so this time. We look forward to your next visit and the chance to make this right with you! Sincerely, Megan Millsaps 336-379-0699
Everything about Print Works was amazing!! It was my first time but it won’t be my last.
Marcia, we are thrilled that you enjoyed your visit! It is so great to see that we have impressed you enough to become a newly frequent guest! Thanks for the amazing praise!
Everything great about restaurant, but waitress a bit sour, not peppy and welcoming. Didn’t do anything wrong, just not perky.
My first time at the restaurant. I was very impressed with the service, cleanliness, ambiance and food. Will definitely return.
Wow! This was such a great read. We are very much looking forward to having you back in our restaurant! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! Cheers
We all loved it!
I am so delighted to see you had a great experience with us! Looking forward to your next visit!
Outstanding! Food, service, wine, wonderful evening!
Sandy, we are so excited that you enjoyed your dining experience with us. Thank you for sharing!
Always enjoy Print Works. Food was as expected but the service was lacking, which was a surprise considering that it was not busy when we dined.
