    Print Works is a great place--great ambience, good service and a favorite of ours. Two couples, Wednesday night, place was full. We were immediately seated and offered drinks and bread. Service was very good. Three meals, salmon, trout and seafood provencale served to the other three were pronounced "excellent". However, I was badly out-ordered. DO NOT order the Wednesday night fish and chips special!! The breading on the fish pieces was hard and un-eatable. The fries were warm and wilted. We had a great night, and three were happy with their meal, so overall fine. I just happened to order what may be the worst dish on the menu, since I have always had good meals there in the past.

    Excellent experience. Printworks is still the most reliably great restaurant in Greensboro. If you haven’t been lately, you need to eat there.

    This place is one of the best restaurants in the city of Greensboro . The service, food , ambience and the beauty of the restaurant far exceeds most the restaurants in Greensboro. I highly recommend PrintWorks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will not be disappointed.

    The food was excellent, but the service was subpar. We had 830 reservations, which I understand is late but at 9:30, we had only had our food about 20 minutes.  the lights were turned way up and very bright at 9:30, the musical was turned off, and the staff were cleaning up the tables around us. We were very upset by this situation. Also, the waiter that we had was nice, but very slow, he only checked on us once, I had to get his attention to order a second drink, when the lights came on at 9:30, we were waiting for someone to come and check on us so we could actually ask for our ticket because we felt like we were being kicked out.  I’ve also had this server before and he messed up several orders in my parties group. I have always loved the ambience of this place, it feels very upscale, without the upscale price.  again, I will absolutely return to print Work, but I will make sure to never go after 8:30 at night, knowing that my dinner experience will be cut very short at 9:30.

    Absolutely no complaints! Server was friendly, accommodating to our needs, and helpful. One note, however - as happened in our July 14 visit, tonight’s server, Celia, was not aware of special dietary needs (celiac, needing gluten-free). Reservation and Open Table profile made the GF need known, and vegetarian guest was also made note of in the reservation. Not sure of the disconnect, but we made sure to inform our server who checked with the kitchen about the chicken paillard entre.

    I have Celiac Disease. I stated this to the waitress. I specifically asked if what I wanted to order was gluten free. She assured me that it was. However, obviously it was not. It made me sick and now I will be sick for the next two days. If you have a food allergy, DON’T GO TO PRINT WORKS!

    We had a knowledgeable and pleasant server (she was aware of food allergies and handled service well). Our food was beyond excellent! We had such an enjoyable time celebrating our dear friend's birthday and she was over the moon! Thanks y'all!

    Prices are So ridiculous for the portion n items you get. $18 for eggs Benedict and $18 for a salad. The pitcher of water wasn’t even good. Tasted “stale” like tap water. The Print Works has not kept the quality while handling so many people on a Sunday appearing to value revenue over quality and portions that aren’t chinsy! Sorry but that’s how I have seen the decline. Too loud too
