Service was not very good and the food selection (Pastrami Hash) I chose was terrible. Left most of it. For the price of this dish, it should have been excellent! I have been to Print Works quite a few times and normally I have been pleased with the service, food and ambiance of the restaurant. But not this time...thumbs down.
The visit was everything I hoped. Walked in with reservations using the open table app. The moment I gave my last name the table was already set and waiting. The waiter went over the features for the nite and answered all questions. The food was perfect . Will be back for sure.
Rude waiter - we seriously almost left - but were on a package.
Great place to spend quality time with someone special
The food was great, the server was not the best and one other waiter literally reached in front of my wife for a plate instead of simply walking around to here other side where he might have removed it without notice. "excuse my arm" is not something one expects to hear at The Print Works. The ambiance was pleasant but after finishing our meal we waited over ten minutes to finally order coffee/desserts.
Every trip to Greensboro we eat at Print Bistro at least three meals and have never been disappointed.
The choices are varied and always done to perfection.
The service is outstanding.
Truly worth the price.
Server attentive without being intrusive. Meal was fabulous.
This is one of our favorite fine-dining restaurants in the Triad. We have never had a bad experience.
The service was excellent. The food was delicious we enjoyed our visit
Everything was great especially the waitress. Only slight complaint was the poached eggs was overdone, alittle hard
I have been at least three times and every time, it's been great. I had family in town this past weekend and we came for Brunch and it was wonderful!
Our Sunday brunch was wonderful. The avocado toast was superb and it was served with the best yogurt and fruit I've ever had. The service, as always, was excellent. Treat yourself to an outing to Print Works Bistro and you won't be sorry.
Was blown away and Print Works over exceeded my expectations. We’ll be back!
My #1 brunch pick for a quite and beautiful date
Aside from seating our romantic table for two setting next to the waiter/waitress service station separated only by a metal railing the food and service was fantastic but the constant workers printing tabs and refilling wine glasses to the rack was quite distracting. I loved the food and service and so did my wife this won’t stop us from returning but was a little annoying
Service, food, and atmosphere was delightful! Edgar was very attentive and pleasant!
Exceptional food and service! Such a classy atmosphere with warm and friendly staff. The French Toast is to die for!!!!!
The ambience is good except that it is a bit loud. We had a great waiter and the food was, as always, excellent.
Wonderful food. Accommodating for my gluten free friend! Attentive staff. Delicious food and drinks. Will definitely return!
Part of hotel but also separate entrance and really nice vibe. Staff was very courteous and prompt. The food was amazing. Would definitely go back.
It was a great experience! Staff with lovely and very attentive! Great birthday for my daughter:) thank you!
Dinning room could be used as an upscale movie set. Unlike most restaurants wait staff very well trained and professionaL. A true dinning experience.
Great meal! This restaurant never disappoints and Wednesday night with live music, mussels, frites and wine was really fun!
Always a great experience. The menu offers creative choices for all palates Lots of specialty cocktails as well as a nice selection of wines and beers. Plenty of local style entrees for an authentic southern feel.
Sat at the bar and had dinner (3of us) - wonderful service!!
Beautiful atmosphere and decor, classic and modern at the same time, perfect service, very attentive but not obsequious, Mussels were outstanding, cabbage rolls and chicken schnitzel delicious. Highly recommend.
We went for brunch on a Saturday, and the food and service were outstanding.
The food was very good, the service was amazing and the place is beautiful.
Great food and atmosphere!
Excellent as always
The atmosphere was friendly and inviting for a good catch up with friends. The food was Ah-mazing!! The crispy brussel sprouts and goat cheese spread were great starters and the salmon was so flavorful and perfectly cooked - we rounded things off with the tasty coconut-cinnamon crepe brûlée - can’t beat this meal!
We were there the night they had a band in the bar so it was louder than most nights, I believe.
Print Works Bistro is an excellent restaurant with great food, service, and surroundings. I love entertaining guests at this restaurant and would highly recommend to a friend.
We drove 2.5 hours to meet friends (who also drove 2.5 hours) for a birthday lunch. This was our second visit to Print Works. Both times we were very pleased with the food, the staff and the place. We will go back.
Our group of 4 have been to Print Works Bistro twice. Our most recent visit was because the first visit was so good. We use Print Works Bistro as a meeting place, each driving 2 hours, so we can spend some time together. Our first visit, we were able to sit outside - which was lovely. This second visit it was too cold outside so we sat inside the service attentive but not overbearing. We love Print Works Bistro!
The food was superb, the service impeccable, the ambience elegant. The problem was the noise. We could hear orders being screamed in the kitchen. I was about to ask to be moved but I walked from the back to the front and found it also noisy in the front near the bar and in the middle with all the conversation. By 7pm every table was full.
There need to be baffles or thicker draperies to cut down on the noise. The kitchen needs a DOOR or another way to communicate without screaming.
They did bring my friend pitiferoles with a candle as I had noted she was celebrating her 65th birthday- I did not have to remind them! That was marvelous.
Saturday Brunch was wonderful--just another great meal at GVG! I had the Eggs Benedict, my friend had the Bistro Breakfast. Service was excellent, as always--PWB may have the best servers in Greensboro), and we were both delighted. But for the potatoes, the plates would have been perfect: the small-dice cottage potatoes with onions & herbs are very tasty when they're hot, but that's for only about 2 minutes, at which point they rapidly cool and turn dry and hard (I wish PWB would adopt the brunch potato technique used at sister restaurant, Green Valley Grill). I also ordered the creme stuffed beignets with chocolate sauce as a takeout gift for another friend--YUM!
Ambiance is great, but I think they rely on that to offset the mediocre quality of the food. Is the place so prestigious that people are afraid to say what they think?
My husband and I had our date night scheduled at Print Work Bistro. Honestly, I was super excited about it because he has been wanting to try it for some time now. The ambiance was great, great seating, very nice waitress but the food wasn't great at all. We both felt like that was honestly the only thing that made a left turn. We thought that maybe they would recover with dessert but it was just as bad. I don't think that we will be visiting Print Work Bistro again but we're still glad that we tried it out.
We showed up at the Bistro and were seated immediately. Our server was prompt, courteous and professional. We started with the Crispy Fried Calamari. It was better than most restaurants in, but not quite as good as we remembered from previous visits. For entrees my wife had the Filet Mignon and she said that it was great (she gets this every time we come here). I was adventuresome and had the Wild Mushroom and Garlic Shrimp Risotto. It was very good, this was the first time I have ever had risotto, so I don't have anything I can compare it to, but I would have it again. Print Works Bistro is always our place to go for special occasions and they never disappoint.
