With Covid we haven't been out for a long while it was a great experience for our 1st time going out in months

We had a wonderful dinner and went to the Simply Elton show. An evening to remember.

Always a great dining experience and the food is always great as well as the Service!

Instead of being seated in the mail dining room, we were put in a side room. The room filled up and the waiter seemed to be the only wait person that evening. No one was in the main dining room with the exception to 2 individuals at the bar. I did not realize we needed to specify that we wanted the main dining room. While the wait person seemed to work the room well, we waited a long time for our bill and even longer for the wait person to come and retrieve our payment.

Delayed NYE celebration. Primo is always our go to! Marco is an amazing server. The food is top notch! They are very accommodating.

I thought the grilled octopus was a whole octopus not sliced, and not a salad, but than again, I should have read the menu better.

Food was delicious. Nice menu, good service and nice atmosphere.

We’ve been many times and it’s been great. Was really looking forward to coming back. They had us all in a side room and it was cold against the windows. Very loud because every table was filled and it was echoing. The food wasn’t good. I ordered the sea bass and it was rubbery. Server was very so. Took him 10 min just to approach our table.

Most amazing dinner I ever had! Our server was amazing and very patient! He always made sure we had what we needed !! Will return!

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, safe and healthy protocols followed, and a friendly professional staff served us this evening. A huge menu with a lot of variety for our family to choose from. Excellent food and drinks. Good pace to the meal. Would recommend this restaurant for a consistently great experience.

We have been here twice now and the food is absolutely fantastic! They have done a really nice job making the best of it during the COVID rules all restaurants are facing by providing well spaced, outdoor air ventilated table area and great decor making the dining area feeling very nice and not like a temporary set up. We will be back for sure!

This is a perfect way to celebrate my 50th birthday during Covid. We couldn’t have a lot of people and they still made me feel celebrated and a honored.

my wife and I have been regular diners at Primo's since opening. They really exceed all expectations of food quality, and taste.
The service is the best you will find anywhere , Nicole, Elliot and Marco the Sommelier are always making sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our experience.
Many restaurants have good days and bad, but at Primo's the consistency is always 125% and they never fail!
If you have not tried them you need to , you will not be disappointed!

We sat on the outside Patio and it was really nice--It was brisk out but the table had a built in firepit--stayed warm. Our server Marco was such a friendly happy person and made us feel welcomed and comfortable and very prompt too. Food was delicious. We will definitely be going back again.

As always Primo’s doesn’t disappoint. Food, drinks, service and environment are all excellent.

The hostess did a great job when we entered, were seated and when we left. Although I made the r reservation for a special occasion, the server never acknowledged it. My husband requested a spoon for his spaghetti which the server never brought to the table. We ordered coffee, which took a long time as they had to make some, and he never came back to refill our cups. While the food was good, it was nit real hot. We have visited the restaurant many times, have a good service and food, so hopefully this was just a time time issue.

Food was bland or sweet.. more than half of orders went back and had to be replaced with other meals.

My fiancé and I went for our 4 year Anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance of the place. We told out waitress who was great btw that this was our first visit and at the end we were meet with a surprise dessert with candles to end our night out. Food was great and came out in time. We’ll definitely be back again...

The Sweet and Sour Scallops out of this world, Grilled Swordfish, what a great flavor, Vodka Tortelliniwas very good, drinks were fantastic. Marko made great wine choices for us, the whole night was wonderful and we will be going back

Primo has become our new favorite restaurant!! Food is consistently outstanding, value is great, service is perfect!!

It was my sisters birthday and the waiter I had was horrible he literally ruined my sisters birthday experience. I called to validate my reservation a day before. I asking what amenities were offered for a birthday and I was told a sparkler and a piece of tiramisu. I also requested Marco to be our server as I had him on my first visit to this restaurant. This guy is the sommelier and a server but he was so knowledgeable I assumed he was the manager. Do not go if he is not there, horrible experience CALL FIRST. I spent $70 by myself tasting some of the GREAT menu items suggested by Marco, my reserved palette was filled with robust flavors. He is what makes it worth spending your hard earned money and he creates an experience. I tipped him handsomely with NO regret! He single handily was the reason I chose to have my sister experience the same thing on her birthday!

The server that I had lacked enthusiasm, was not personable, made no suggestions, had to be reminded we needed refills numerous times. He literally was hardly seen. The restaurant was literally empty there was literally 3 parties in the whole establishment a party of three, a party four and my party of three so really no reasonable excuse. We didn't even order an entrée service was so bad. Upon entering establishment I reminded host that it was my sisters birthday, she stated we will make sure you are taken care of. After not being checked on for a while or asked would we like a main entrée my sisters demeanor changed and she was ready to go. I again reached out to the host since I could not find our server and she stated she remined the wait staff about the sparklers and cake I was promised. Still nothing, I then asked the the server he said Oh yeah Ill be right back again he disappeared for a while. We finally decided to leave as we were leaving some guy brought out one sparkle out no cake. Then our server comes out with a sparkle and a piece of cake lol as we are walking out the door. I said keep it!

My favorite is the grilled octopus appetizer. All ravioli dishes are delicious. Try their risotto with salmon, yummy 😋
