Primetime Restaurant & Bar
My wife and I and our two grandsons went to Prime Time on Sunday at noon to have brunch based upon the Prime Time breakfast/brunch menu appearing on OpenTable’s website. After we were seated, we were told that Prime Time has no breakfast or brunch menu available at the restaurant and hasn’t had one for quite some time. Instead, we were offered a limited, unappetizing appearing buffet and the standard menu which contained no breakfast items. We unanimously agreed to go elsewhere.
Luis was our server! He was extremely attentive and took care of us to the fullest. Food was excellent, big, quality portions for the price. I’ve had Caesar salads all over the world, from dive bars, to elegant cafes in France to $100.00+ per plate Steak houses; this Caesar salad tonight was easily in my top 3 if not my most favorite ever, hands down, no b/s. While I don’t live in town, I would be hard pressed not to come back here again the next time that I drive down to visit family.

Wow. i visited this restaurant in Weston's Town centre at about 7pm on a Saturday with my wife expecting a nice $30-40 per head experience and this is how it went.
It wasnt busy. Scene was nicely designed and sophisticated. .....then the experience starts...
No one to greet at door had to wait to be seated ( only 10 percent of seats taken

Food didnt get ordered until about 20 minutes after seating.
My wifes appetizer salad turned up quickly followed 2 minutes later by her main course. My entree was nowhere to be seen and her pasta entree was going cold while she finished the salad.
My Tuna steak turned up 10 minutes later. It was tough and dry. Promptly sent it back to kitchen and another turned up exactly the same. Turned out not it wasnt overcooked but was a cheap cut of fish with silver skin inside (aka fish grissle).
I changed my order to something simple...a cheesburger and fries. That took another 25 minutes to turn up. Very good though .
Not a great experience and for the money forget it. The service timing was awful. However on a positive note the cheesburger was delicious if you dont mind waiting.
Duffys across the road is probably much better value though if burgers are what you like.

I saw this restaurant online and thought it would be a great place to have brunch for my moms birthday on July 4th. Our table of 8 was seated and, although we wanted the buffet brunch, it still took another 10 minutes for a waitress to introduce herself and offer drinks despite there only being one other seated table of about 6 guests. The buffet was basic, something we could have gotten at Golden Corral. And once the platters ran out, they didn’t get replenished. We had to ask twice for them to bring out some more French toast and refill the fruit platter. My $205 was not well spent. I am very disappointed - due to the location of this restaurant I expected a bit more effort.
This is not Brunch it’s merely a breakfast buffet that was very poorly done . The hot food was cold left uncovered or empty .
The food selection was comparable to Denny 5.99 breakfast .
No pancakes or French toast . There was cold meat and cheese sitting out for way to long it was slimy and warm .
The fruit was good nicely sliced. .
Some small cheesecake that were dry and crumbling .
Our Server was amazing he gets 5 stars however the 18.99 price tag was a waste .
Great food and excellent service.
Other than very noisy the food was very good. It would be better on the patio

We were sat at 1:45 and our food didn’t arrive until after 3:20p! We were also missing water refills and refills for the kids who were waiting so long for food. ( of which there wasn’t even a kids menu?) I had also asked if they were serving off the regular menu as well and was told no, I was ok with that, i understand Mother’s Day was a busy day although I didn’t expect a 1:45 seating to be that bad and then I noticed the table next to us was ordering off the regular menu. One of the burgers was severely over cooked and when we brought it to the attention of the manager (I’m assuming) we were simply told that they would take it off the bill. And my mushroom penne was supposed to have several varieties of mushrooms and I only saw white buttons. Disappointing! Fast forward to when we recieved the bill and it hadn’t been removed.
Just a shame that the experience on Mother’s Day wasn’t what it should’ve been at all!

Took my wife and mom to Primetime for Mother’s Day brunch. Upon arrival we were seated with a brand new waitress, completely in the weeds even though she’s only handling 3 tables. She doesn’t greet us for 15 minutes, then when she arrives asks what we’d like to order, despite not taking any drink order or introducing herself by name. Thinking it’ll get better, we order... at no time are we offered any bread to settle our child, nor any refills on our drinks. 20 minutes pass, another 20... feels like we’ve been forgotten, we ask what’s going on - but our waitress is nowhere to be seen. The other waiter remarks the kitchen is behind, which considering the place is only 2/3rds full, is unfortunate - I’d hate to see what a full house looks like. After 45 minutes, half our dishes arrive... all modifications and requests incorrect. I ask to speak with the manager, he comes by and says “what’s the problem?!” I explain it, he says “be patient, more food coming.” Not sure where this guy learned hospitality, but no. I paid for what was delivered to the table correctly and left - didn’t ruin my mother’s day, but they surely tried.
Family had a good brunch today. All American menu option was very good and filling.
What remains weird is that OpenTable reservation points confirmation does not confirm upon checking in on arrival or during the meal. In past visits it can be days before a points confirmation is received. One has to keep track to be sure to get credit. Am awaiting credit for today's reservation.
The food is always delicious. The service is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable.
First time here and was a bit of a dis appointment. Had been there when it was Swigs and expected the same experience. Food was not hot and not the quality for the price.
It was just ok. Should have been better. Service was nothing special.

Place is very nice. Sat outside since it was such a nice day. Most of the food was pretty good but the salmon Benedict could have used more hollandaise sauce and more flavor. My All American breakfast was good and the endless mimosas were good too. Tried the cheese grits and it was ok. Won’t need to try it again. Will go back to try the dinner menu.
Perfect location for a family dinner night. The service is excellent the server give us really good advice on dishes to eat. I really recommend this place not only for the food also for the location. 5 starts
Made the reservation based on the pictures expecting a high end steakhouse. Place was pretty empty. Food was ok and the service was ok. For the quality of service and food it was expensive. Very disappointed because the location is great.
The food was excellent, the service was poor. The entrees came out at different times and the server did not check on the table very often. When it was time to pay the bill the server gave the excuse that he had a much bigger table he was serving, making it seem as if my table of 7 was not as important. I have been to Primetime Weston a few times and would still go again but it may be a while as I would rather try other new places since the service was poor. The manager did take some money off the bill as a good will gesture so that was nice. I just did not like the BS excuse the server gave us and the fact that some food came out while others in my party had to wait about 10 more minutes for thiers.
Great food and service
Was surprised at menu, expected to be more of a steakplace. Was not impressed with food at all. Very bland and over priced. The service was very pleasant and waiter was knowledgeable on menu. Need more American food on menu.
We love coming here and sitting outside. We usually bring our dog and they are always so kind.
Everything was great, our server Louis was excellent.
I wish they could have more vegan/vegetarian options.

Really good service and excellent food
On vacation —and after New Year’s Eve, —-we wanted well rounded dinner with good choices -near our place we were staying. The food was delicious- (shared the yummy beet salad as appetizer—) AND server Luis was exceptional!
Took time with the kids when they ordered- and answered our all questions. Sat outside with wonderful holiday decorations / lights and click tower.
Good food, helpful wait staff. Did I mention good food.
We scheduled a New Years Eve dinner for a party of nine. The menu was limited but the selections were adequate and the food was good. The restaurant is not very spacious but it worked.
Been to this rest many times in the past. Most recently, about 6 weeks ago for a special occ.
This visit on New Years Eve was a disappointment. Service was ok, but not stealer. The menu was very limited with the New Year's specials, but looked ok. On our last visit, the appetizer menu seemed to have a better selection. This trip not so much.
Main menu items were a little limited but good.
Had to ask for rolls?
I guess we expected more.
Service was poor. We didn’t order desserts because waitres was too busy...
I have been coming to this place consistently for over two years now and it is still supremely good. The beef jerky is absolutely sensational and the entire menu is full of delicious food. I would 100% recommend.
What an awesome place. The environment is so friendly and inviting. The assortment of beers and specialty cocktails are great. The food is excellent as I haven’t had something I don’t like. My wife’s favorite thing there is their chicken and dumpling is soooo good. This place does not disappoint.
Amazing service. Cocktails are incredible. Everything I ordered was spectacular. Cheese options they had the day I went were superb. Told waiter about my food allergy and chef made a note to come to my table and check-in. Nothing bad to say at all. My new favorite sport on Weston.
I knew there was a reason why I never went back to prime time . My family and I went for Christmas Eve , and what a complete and huge disappointment. Food was cold cold pasta ,, had a very very limited menu , chicken was dry . Overall I would never step foot into this restaurant .

Very good meal, good beer/cocktail offerings, and great service. I really liked this place and will absolutely be back when I'm in the area. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out very quickly. The beer menu was fantastic. And the service from everyone there was great - fast and friendly.
I would not go here again - at least not during the holidays. The staff wasn’t able to keep up with the amount of customers they had.

Our reservation was 4:30. First thing we noticed were the floors were gross and sticky. We were the greeted and told our table for 7 was already for us. When we got to the table it was dirty. We ordered appetizers that came out 20 min apart. Our waiter was then too busy helping 7 other employees set a table for a holiday party. It took forever for the entree to come out and when it did, my sons came wrong. He ordered a burger with cheese only. It came with all the garnishees, L, T, O. The waiter noticed before he placed the plate down and turned around at the table and took the garnishees off the burger himself and handed them to someone else. The steak that was ordered was cold. The soup was cold. My guess it was all sitting in the kitchen waiting while our waiter was busy. Our appetizer dishes were never taken off the table. We had to constantly track him down to refill our drinks. Then before we were done he came over to us and said his shift was over so he was leaving. We would have complained then and sent our food back but, my son had to be outside the restaurant by 6:30 to sing with his Chorus from his school. Two hours and $170.00 and the crappiest service and food I've ever had. DO NOT GO THERE!

I was disappointed since the lunch menu online was not the same at the restaurant . I was very excited to eat salmon with pink sauce penne and it was not on the menu,
The service was so SLOW! It was not that busy. There was no wait for a table and plenty of empty tables. I had to get up and ask for bread and water for our table. The people at the table next to us had the same complaint. We had eaten there about a year ago and had the same experience and said we would not go back after such slow service. However, we were invited by another couple and did not want to say no. When I told my coworker she said she had the same experience there. The food was good but not good enough to go back.
