   Our steaks were perfectly cooked and the asparagus and macaroni and smoked Gouda sides were also perfectly cooked. The bread was warm and served with honey butter. I’m a first timer at Prime and it won’t be our last visit!

    The service and food were outstanding. Everything ordered was enjoyed. We sat outside, which is why the 4 star (versus 5) for ambience. The inside feels like a proper steakhouse; has character. We chose to sit outside to enjoy the weather, but the outside is very generic. With that said, we still really enjoyed our dinner as both the food and drinks were fantastic.

    Dined with three of us. Their filet and pork tenderloin were cooked perfectly. My veal chop ordered medium rare was raw and cold inside. I can handle rare, but it was raw. Otherwise a fun night.

    Steaks were overcooked, more Medium than Medium-rare and one had gristle. Definitely not what we have experienced in the past. The Mushroom Soup was delicious, as was the Hashed Browns. Tony (server) was great and we decided not to send the steaks back. We will go again and trust this was a one-off their usual perfection.

    We went for our anniversary and sat outside. The menus had “Happy Anniversary” printed on them. The waiter was attentive and friendly, and the food was amazing. We had oysters on the half shell, which were fresh and delicious. Then we split the lobster tails, ribeye, and crème brûlée. Best meal I’ve had in the Keys. I definitely recommend.

    Five great friends for a great meal. The steaks really delivered and the pescatarian found all she wanted and was happy. Salads and side dishes were all high quality and what one would expect at a top tier steak house. We drank a lot of wonderful wine. The outdoor seating is very popular, but we locals wanted the full feel of a proper steakhouse, so we ate inside and loved the large U shaped booth. The restaurant is lovely inside and has a nice “clubby feel.” Only note of criticism is we were directly under a speaker and the music was a tad too loud. I asked for it to be turned down “just a notch,” but did not notice a difference.

    What a fantastic restaurant. We went for our anniversary and it could not have been better. The food was fantastic, the service wonderful an the atmosphere terrific. My wife got the filet, I got the rib-eye and both were cooked to perfection.

    Terrible food. Steaks taste like they are cooked in dirty oil, don’t waste your money or your time. The restaurant smells like they haven’t cleaned the grease trap. There are many better restaurants in Key West.

    I always enjoy dinner at Prime. The service was amazing and the Snapper special was the best ever. I go often and as much as this is a great Steak restaurant, they have the best fish special I've ever had.

    We enjoyed a lovely 60th BD dinner last night, and had a lovely time! Try the Bordeaux from St. Emillion! The salads, veal chop, snapper with crab, and green beans side dish were spectacular! Merri was our server and incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and brought her "Boston" fun to the overall evening and experience!

    In a strange location with a view of a business complex/marina. We sat outside on the patio and overall it was ok. Food was well prepared. Great fresh Caesar salad and crab cake. Service was efficient and attentive.
