   The 7PM reservation was handled very well. We were early but it was worth the wait. The food was excellent.

   Our server Raina was phenomenal. She was kind, knowledgeable, and quick. She was also funny. Our food was great except my steak had an overall “char” taste which is not my favorite, I would have preferred overall seasoning or more of the sauce I ordered. Overall though the food was great, we got the potato skins, porterhouse, mashed potato’s, and a flourless chocolate tort along with several drinks. Overall a great night and a great way to celebrate my birthday

   We enjoyed our Friday night date night at the Prime. Cat, our server, was excellent. She was very attentive and regularly checked on us. Our food was very good; Smothered Chicken and Seafood Penne. We enjoy visiting the Prime and they consistently have good service and food. We will definitely be back.

   Food is what you'd expect at a chain restaurant. Choices are good. Cuts of meat and seasonings are not the best. There isn't any wait staff so expect your dirty dishes to be on the table the entire time. Wait time for food was a little long. Restaurant wasn't packed. Otherwise it was affordable for a family dinner

   When we saw all the cars in the parking lot we got concerned about not getting one of our favorite wait staff. Turn out there was a special event going on in the back room which drew a big crowd. As luck had it we got one of our favorite waiters, & as always he did a great job. One of the assistant managers stopped by to thank us for dining at Prime. Give them a try as they have great menus to pick from.

   Our service was amazing Arianna was on top of us making sure we had everything we needed and then some.

   We had high expectations after reading reviews. We agreed that everything was ok. I think Blue is better choice for steakhouse. We thought it felt more tavern/pub less steakhouse. I had a small filet. It was prepared as ordered and just ok. People seemed excited about buffet style salad bar. We did think the prices were reasonable.

    We enjoyed our evening at Prime Steak House. Our service was great, the food was good. The hostess staff greeted us, with a welcome back. The management staff is always nice, as are a lot of servers. They have a variety of foods & drinks to pick from..
