Prime Stache is an American bistro-style eatery that also offers a wide range of craft beers. The restaurant's interior is inspired from the classic bistro look complete with exposed brick walls, antique wooden décor and retro lighting fixtures. Prime Stache uses only fresh and high quality ingredients in all its preparations to deliver the best taste to its guests. Apart from beers, a full bar menu is also available that features craft cocktails, wines and other spirits. Guests can begin by picking from appetizers such as tempura fried rock shrimp, calamari with cherry poppers and a chipotle remoulade dipping sauce or garlic double-fried wings with roast garlic butter. Popular entrées to try at Prime Stache include the cedar plank salmon, BBQ chicken with maple brine and Pepper NY strips with truffle polenta fries. I enjoyed lunch in Mother's Day with delicious food and yummy cocktails. Then we strolled the neighborhood! Great place! Great location!!

Our experience was overall pleasant. Our sandwiches were very good. I would not recommend the edamame ravioli. The ravioli itself was not bad, but the sauce was not good and not very eye appealing. The service was ok, I felt at one point we were being ignored but it was a busy Saturday evening. I would probably go back for sandwiches but not for a special night out.
