Our waitress didn't check back with us for a little while and when she finally did she smelled like smoke really bad. She obviously was on a smoke break.

We have been to PRCC many times and have always had a good experience. I wouldn't say this most recent experience was bad by any means. But it just didn't stand out like it used to. We were seated promptly and our server was pleasant and attentive.

It was the food. We used to be able to order different add ons to the prime rib meals, this is no longer an option. There was A LOT of fat on our prime ribs. I ordered the lava cake and there was no lava. It was just a small bunt cake. My husbands chocolate cake was rather dry as well. It tasted like day old cake.

Nothing was overtly terrible. Just sub-par for what we have experienced in the past. It seems to have turned more into a hipster bar. I wouldn't say we won't ever be back, but its definitely changed since the last time we ate there.

I would not recommend this place for ANY reason to any one I know....well maybe someone I don't like. My steak was at first still "mooing", then it was chewy and tough. My husbands prime-rib was HALF fat. Way overpriced for what we got. VERY disappointed.

Colby our server was awesome. Food seemed to take a little long, considering that it wasn’t very busy. Ribs on menu, but they don’t offer it anymore. Overall good food, very reasonable prices!

the quality was subpar, I ordered different size cuts of the prime rib and they all looks to be about the same size. the host was terrible and the waiter is always hiding somewhere when there is only 1 other table.

Made a reservation and asked for a quiet spot for our anniversary dinner. They put us in two different places that were noisy. Even after I asked again for a quieter location. We ended up moving to the bar where it was very quiet. Our server was very nice but the service was very slow. Our prime rib was rare as ordered but chewie not tender . Other wise the food was good.

Overall the petit cut prime rib dinner was okay. Though, I was disappointed about the quality of beef. It did not have that "melt in your mouth" quality I was expecting from a steak house. In fact, it had a chewy texture and was tough, with little flavor. Admittedly, my expectations were high. I rarely eat red meat, and when I do, it's organic, grain-fed Harris Ranch beef from Zupan's, which is consistently excellent, tender and flavorful. However, the chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream made up for it.

Went for my sons birthday. Also the first time many of our friends/ family visited. Out of mashed potatoes. Out of chili. Out of.... apparently there was a "rush" right before us. Was told that "a bunch of people came in and all left. Something must be going on at Moda" great. 10 people tops in restaurant (although I did make a reservation hmmmmm). Drinks empty. Waiter / waitress MIA. Went to bar to order own drinks since appetizers and round 1 of drinks long gone. Also, told them it was my sons b-day and special occasion . Crickets. Again family and friends visiting. Stopped to get candles on way home :( Not sure I'd go back

The service was very slow. We waited over 45 minutes for our appetizer...and then another 20 for our meal. They apologized and took the cost of the appetizer off our bill. Just be aware of the time, if you choose to go.

Only 2 of us and it took over an hour from the time of ordering until food was on the table. It would have been delayed further if we didn't change one of the sides as the one we asked for wasn't prepared or they were out of it. The waitress didn't ask us about that until after about 45 minutes of waiting. The restaurant was not busy at all, not even 20% of the tables occupied. They gave us free dessert but we had to take that to go because we were there much longer then we thought we would be, when we got home and opened the bag we saw that they only gave us ONE slice of cake that we shared (we were expecting one for each of us).

I've been here before as the name of the place made me laughed and a friend and I just had to try it. I have to say that was a positive experience and delivered exactly what was promised. However, on this return visit we were disappointed. They ran out of prime rib by 8:30p on a Saturday! C'mon folks! It's the name of the restaurant. The restaurant wasn't even busy. I feel like that was something the maitre d' could have led with before we went to get drinks and wait for a friend.

not busy when we got sat. Took 10 minutes to get a server over for food. We got our own water because another server left a tray a couple booths down. Horrible service for how dead it was. Food was too salty.

The waitress and her "shadow" were knowledgeable and friendly. A PLUS was that when we asked, we were told that the beef is not only local but humanely raised, which is VERY important to us. The food was delicious, and our servers were more than happy to box up all the food we couldn't finish for 'laters'. We will certainly go there again. Such a varied menu with so much more to try!

We were there at 3PM & it was very quiet because there was no one else there at the time. Despite this fact, service was very slow & the wine was not chilled. The food was good, but that is all I can say. Maybe we will try again when the live music is playing.

Unfortunately, we won't be back. The food was pretty good, however our overall experience was horrendous. When we arrived on a Sunday at 6:00 for dinner, we anticipated the all day happy hour that is advertised on their website. There was a sign on the door that said "Sorry, no happy hour food today, happy hour drinks still available." This was so disappointing since we were looking forward to the different menu items available on happy hour. Once seated, a friend asked the waiter what drinks were included in happy hour and our waiter replied "there is no happy hour today." My friend referenced the sign on the door and the waiter had to go outside to read it, came back and said we could get $1 off well drinks or $3 draft pints, we received no explanation as to why happy hour was cancelled. The rest of the meal, our waiter completely ignored us even though the restaurant was nearly empty. One person in the group ordered his prime rib medium rare and received it very well done, but since our waiter never came back, he just stuck with it. When we received our bill (one for 8 people, he didn't ask if we wanted it split) we had to wait another 20 minutes for him to come back so we could get it split. We then noticed that we were charged full price for our draft pints and the waiter just shrugged and said that happy hour ended at 6:00 and walked away. Terrible service overall, we will not be back by any means.

We have enjoyed the prime rib here for several years. It is consistently good. However, they have continually raised the prices while giving you less for your money. They used to include both a salad and dessert with your entree and now everything is al a cart. In addition to that, they decided to elimininate many of the non meat choices and offer only a third of their regular menu. When we mentioned the higher prices and lack of choices, they told us they did this deliberately for the weekend of the solar eclipse. Really? The company decides to goudge the customer so they can cash in on the eclipse phenomenon? How unconscionable. As repeat customers we are disappointed in the decision to profit on this event. Unless Prime Rib and Chocolate Cake returns to their original concept of offering a complete meal, we probably won't be making the drive from the west side of town only to be offered far less for our money.

We were given a gift cerrtificat from some friends, there were several restaurants to choos from. We selected PR&CC because i love beef and my wife loves chocolate. Neither of us were disappointed. My wife had an end cut because she likes here meat well done and the end cut was perfect. The aujous was delicious, really brought out the flavor of the prime rib. The chocolate cake with ice cream was a perfect finish to the meal.
As to the service, our waitress was great. She made sure that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. She gave us all the time we needed for a nice relaxed meal without any sense of rushing so the could get another customer at the table.

Comfortable booths in an open plan with tables in a few areas. Would be good for small parties. The prime rib is very good as was the salad of pecans, apples and greens with a light blue cheese dressing. The mashed potatoes were a little watery and served with a bacon gravy. It would be nice if they offered au jus on the side and a baked potato option. The chocolate cake was very moist and very dark with plenty of dark chocolate frosting. We took it home and added vanilla ice cream, which is an option at the restaurant as well. Will dine there again

We were there at 6:00 PM, the restaurant was not busy yet, The Waiter was very attentive. Our Drinks were good. The Salad was good, The prime Rib was a little more Fatty than I would have liked for the price, But it was very tasty and tender. The only down side to the Meal, was the Green beans were very very garlic, I believe they put raw garlic chunks in with the beans. It was just over powering. The Wonderful Chocholate Cake more than made up for it though. All in all the Meal was very good and we will come back. Thanks
