My negative comments are as follows. 1. The place is dull and needs a brighter paint job to improve ambiance 2. The floors need attention. Sanding or something more conducive to an upscale restaurant 3. Waiters need to be better trained, in corking wine bottles and pouring rather than giving it to customers to do.Pour water for customers, and be more attentive to details, providing additional cutlery as needed On the flip side the food was good and tasty, pricing was acceptable, an overall good experience and I would come back

Outstanding service; extremely nice and courteous staff, and good food. We were seated immediately, and it was very quiet when we came. Even as more people came in, it was still nice; not pin-drop silent, but very good ambiance. Food was very good, and came out quickly. Overall, a very positive evening.

Sunday evening, less than crowded. Seated immediately. Wonderful waitress, but that's where the good news ends. Party of 4 had 3 chicken soups and 1 pineapple avocado salad. Main courses included chicken marsala, ribs, teriyaki chickens, and again these were all overpriced ($30 - $50) for quality. All acceptable dishes, but all were bland with dry or thinly pounded meats, and for same quality we can name dozens of other restaurants where we've gotten similar dishes for much much less, including NYC! Won't ever return...

Entrees were excellent. My Surprise steak was particularly good. Appetizers were very disappointing. Duck tacos had almost no meat in them. and the Baby lamb chops were all fat. For $30, finding a good cut of lamb chop would be expected. There wasn't a cubic centimeter of meat on either of 2 lamb chops.

Went for a birthday dinner for my older sons. I was happy that they offered a fix price dinner for two for 79$. The steaks were Delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant to a more distinctive crowd.

We drove all the way from Philadelphia for this place. It was worth the drive! The food was amazing. Ambiance was nice and quiet, perfect for a date with my wife. Will definitely be back again!

The place is a bit pricey, but the food was really delicious. My date and I shared one appetizer, and one main, with the bill coming to $69.92. If you come with two 'regular' eaters, expect to spend double that. They run great dinner specials which I've enjoyed on a number of occasions.

1. Heating was broken and the restaurant was FREEZING. The owner lied to our face and said it was now on full blast, claiming it was off since there was a fast (3 days ago!) 2. No welcoming bread basket. How hard is that to do? 3. Starter was a $17 'meat pizza'. It was basically sweet potato fries on a piece of bread sprinkled with burnt slithers of brisket. I complained. It was taken off the check. 4. Steak ($57!) was asked for medium rare. It came well done. Sent it back and had to wait 20mins for another (which was mediocre at best) 5. Wife's steak was asked medium. Came not only well done but burnt on the edges. 6. Total was a $140! An absolute disgrace.

Service was horrendous. Food was really bad and overpriced. Bathrooms smelled like a truck stop bathroom. Dirty resturaunt. Tips are automatically put on bill at 18%. No water served. No alcohol served. So I paid $75.00 for a burnt sweet potato, over done 5oz steak, 4 tablespoons of rice with a chunk or two of carrot and a ice tea. The waiter never came by to ask if it was ok. Cooks were dropping f-bomb in kitchen about one steak. I'll never go back.

The service started bad as we ware sitting at the table and waiting for a waiter over 8 minutes (not exaggerated) or offered any water to drink . Then after we ordered usually in all places I ate they bring some little snak to open your appetite but here nothing . the menu is not well spelled out so we didn't get what we thought . Under staffed . But the one waitress we had was very sweet and polite . But to me it wasn't a experience worth for the money .

Fine Kosher(?) dining. While the website does not specify it, judging by the clientele and staff, this appears to be a Kosher restaurant. My husband enjoyed the dry aged Delmonico steak *very* much. My "seared" Tuna Steak, while good quality, was served medium-well (instead of rare). The waiter did not understand what "seared" means and tried to explain to me the cultural difference as to why fish was overcooked. The other diners seemed to be a bit surprised to see us but the ambiance and décor were very nice. A lovely restaurant with good food.

The owner was amazing, helping at every juncture we needed. It was a rehearsal dinner for my fiancé's grandson and everyone loved the food. The owner got special wine for us and at the last minute ran out and got flowers for our table to make it look more festive. I would highly recommend the lamb chop appetizer- tender and delicious! Server was professional and attentive. Would eat here again if in Lakewood.

The chicken teriyaki was absolutely nothing special, it seemed to be just marinated in teriyaki and served. It was veryl bland and wasn't anything I couldn't do myself. The rice was hard with clearly frozen vegetables in it. The waffle for desert was inedible, it was rubbery. It was definitely not restaurant quality food. We went a year ago and the food was amazing, very disappointed in it now.

We had a really wonderful evening. The service was great: helpful but not pushy. The food was delicious, and there was plenty of it - even though we opted for the special, the portion sizes were quite generous. All in all a great restaurant!
