   First time eating here was told by a couple friends to go try and out and boy were they right I travel a lot and eat a lot of places but by far this was the best Italian restaurant I have eaten at since we walked in the door till we left such friendly staff everything was all around amazing I would recommend this place to anyone will definitely be back to eat there again

   Overpriced and although the wait staff is nice, they are pushing you so fast to eat and get out to turn the table that you can’t enjoy your meal

   Incredible. One of the best Caesar Salad’s I’ve ever had and the chef’s special, the seafood ravioli feature, was phenomenal. Great Italian.

   We enjoyed our dinner at Prime Italian, the waitress was very helpful. Portions are large like family style so easy to share. Would definately recommend for the atmosphere and food.

   When we sat at the table I asked about appetizers and was told we do drinks first. I find it odd from a service perspective to be completely shut down as a guest from answering my question.

    Food was ehhhh... kale salad-very creamy dressing, angel hair not good, but we did try a different recipe with just garlic & olive oil. Sausage and kale Pizza was good. minestrone soup super salty.  probably won't go back.

    The food was excellent. However, our server was not very personable and appeared as though he was rushing us through dinner. We were four people and they provided bread on the table. However, it was the same portion that was offered to a table of 2 near us. When we asked for another basket of bread we were charged $10. For a table of 4 we should have received 2 baskets of bread. Additionally, the portions are large and more of family sized portions which is nice. However, we each ordered our own meal- the server ( or a good server) should have and would have advised us we ordered too much food. We had so much food we each took more than half of our meal home. However, we are on vacation so had no where to put all of this food so it went to waste. Very disappointing experience.

    Hostess was not polite, server was absent, main course was almost an hour after appetizers and was cold, pasta was rubbery. When asked just said kitchen backed up because busy. Wasn't offered another drink the whole evening. Very disappointing experience for a place so expensive and highly rated

    Sat inside and it was so hot it between the kitchen and the doors flying open in and out.. waitress was nice but pushy to order fast, food was good but overpriced.. for the cost there are a lot of choices. 3 stars..

    Have been eating here since it opened. Service was not what we have always experienced and the place was pretty empty. The veal chop was hard, cold and clearly not fresh. My husband commented to the waitress that we were disappointed. When we were done eating they asked if we wanted to take the pasta home. In 15 years it was the first time they took the plates to wrap up the food out of our view which made me very uneasy since it was after complaining. Used to be one of our favorites but won’t be going back here for a while.

    Best Italian I’ve ever had! We sat outside and it was such a nice experience. The service and food was wonderful. We got pizza for an appetizer, with chicken parmigiana and baked rigatoni for entrees. Let’s not forget the delicious garlic bread. This restaurant is a must try if you are in Miami, we will be back every time we visit!

    Prime Italian is always amazing! It would be great if they could have a family seating area. A huge party was seated next to us about halfway through our dinner. The kids were running all over the place, knocking into our chairs, screaming, etc. The parents just yelled louder.

    Good not great. Been before and this experience fell a little off. Portions still huge but quality was just not quite there. Veal chop parm was a little dry as was the meatball. Service was a little slow and early on rushed disrupting our conversations.

    Wonderful service by Brian our server it just so happened to be his first day. The food was amazing. I highly suggest the prosciutto di parma. Really treated me like I was part of the family.

    Amazing experience from the time we sat until we waddled out. Started with the pear cocktail and a glass of champagne. The complimentary garlic bread with dipping sauce was a delicious surprise. we split the buratta and heirloom tomato salad. I opted for the kobe meatball on penne and my friend ordered veal chop Milanese. It was all to die for. We could barely get through half of it, but wanted to keep eating because it was just THAT good. There will be no bikini wearing today but I don’t regret a single bite or calorie!
