Delicious and a cool vibe
Love Prime Italian and all the Prime's! We come ever year we come to Miami! And some times we hit all the Prime's...Italian, 112, Fish and even The Big Pink!!
The pasta was incredible and our server was outstanding. We were there for a bachelorette party and she went out of her way to take several photos of us! Great experience!
Food was everything!!! Had the stuffed lobster and it was so good
Great dinner and great service.
food was okay. something we ordered kept coming out burnt due to the burnt oil. we sent it back twice. every meal is huge and overpriced. the only plus was our waiter was amazing. unusual at this place but this time we lucked out
My husband and I when for the Sea Bass am it live up our expectations. Th best sea Bas we eaten in a time.
We were on vacation and enjoyed this restaurant. The short rib risotto was outstanding.
Good but not great Italian food. Not worth the price and service was not up to the price point
THey sat us next to the hostess. They rushed us out. And they kept asking ya to move in our chairs. They also forgot several things from the order
Great meal. Food fantastic. Family portions. Sit on side porch for best ambiance. Quite expensive.
Excellent food. Best of many good meals in South Beach.
SO much food and everything was great!
The service is TERRIBLE. Would never go back again .
Bachelorette weekend for my daughter
Excellent food, huge portions, great vibe!
David is the best server I have ever encountered!!
Overpriced tourist trap, good food rushed service
Food quality was average at best. Waiter pushed more food on us than we consume. Service was good. Based on quality of food and cost, I would rate the restaurant a C- at best
Food was good but service was not. Waiter had an attitude and acted like we were disturbing him by being there. This was our third time there. Not nearly as good as it used to be.
Food was just ok. Steak was the best thing we had. Ordered the Carbonara and it was basically a kids mac n cheese with a few peas and pieces of bacon, not edible as far as I was concerned. Veal parm was very mediocre. Garlic bread and meatballs were the best thing we had.
Aways great food, but very expensive. Great for special occasions.
Our group of 10 had a great time at Prime Italian. The group enjoyed Kobe Meatballs, Kale Salad, Tossed Salad, Chicken Park, Philly Cheesesteak, Pizza and more. Food was delicious and the huge portions are made for sharing. Our waiter Tyrese was amazing and catered to our every requests.
We had a reservation for four and twice our table was promised by the hostess and was given away to other customers. We eat at the bar at least twice a week and dine on many other occasions with friends and guest to Miami Beach. Robert and Jalena are extremely gracious and deserve the highest of praises.
We were eventually seated on the south patio as if we were second class citizens. The manager talked with my husband but defended the hostess. What happened to to good customer relations?
Honestly unreal. More casual than Prime 112, but I still went for a special occasion with my mom. The food was AMAZING. I fully pushed my body to its limits. We got the prosciutto plate to start -- seemed pricey at $26 but there was so much food on it. The prosciutto was amazing and the cheese that came with it was probably the best cheese I've ever had in my life. They brought out a huge loaf of cheesy garlic bread to start for free with marinara sauce to dip in that was amazing. I had the lobster risotto and I would definitely go back and order it again. Wonderful dish.
The food was very good. The meatballs are a must, as is the Bronzino Francese. I gave it a low rating because of the way we were treated. 1st of all we were given the worst seat in the house. My chair was sticking out and I was getting hit by waiters every few minutes. The 2nd reason was our waiter/waitress. She rushed our meal (food came 3 minutes after the salad) and she did not really help us with ordering. The entrees are huge, like family style huge, at least 2-3 ppl per dish, and expensive, so we over ordered. My mother complained that their truffle mac n cheese was not great (no one ate it) and the waitress did not take if off the bill. It was only $14 but this is a high class place. So I thought that was inappropriate. I gave a good tip because I was brought up that way.
Hostess not friendly and a line of people by the entrance despite multiple empty tables... Food was good.
Service a bit pushy and sped up. Meaning: plates being cleared before guests were done.
Ambiance ok but our table near the kitchen not very comfortable.... glad we went, more glad we left...
It took awhile to get service.
The food was very good but the portions are unnecessarily enormous.
Every item on the menu should be shared, too much food goes uneaten and to waste.
I love this restaurant and visit every time I am in town, however this time the service was a little off. The lack of attention and proximity to the open kitchen left us a bit disappointed.
We were 6 people and server gave us 1 bread to start and was not enough for 6 people , asked for 2nd one , said cost $5.00 and we told him have been going to your restaurants for years , great customers and he stopped serving us !!! We were totally insulted!! Bad start !!
Food was not cooked to our liking
We had a great time celebrating birthdays with family and friends!
Food was good, great waiter, outside table added to experience. However the wine list was extremely OVER priced!!!!
Our server Yuria was amazing and made our dining experience superb! The food was excellent, absolutely a must if you are in south beach:)
The food is perfect! The service is Very good, and the ambient It is fantastic
Went here for my boyfriends birthday, it’s close by and I know it’s always busy but we had a reservation at 9 and didn’t get seated for 45 mins. They kept telling us 10 mins - could have just told us the real wait time so we could have gotten a drink or something. Service was just kinda slow. Had to order everything at once because they were so busy - asked for a starter when we sat as we’d waited so long we were hungry and they made us wait about 30 mins to order. Food is good but huge portions. Good meal and nice place just maybe at a quieter time or when they don’t stick you in the back and sorta forget about you.
Good atmosphere but that was all, overpriced food, over sized tasteless portions. We left 80% of our meal. Disappointing
This is a nice restaurant don't get me wrong. The seating options for a party of two inside are very limited. The meatball was the only good thing as far as the food is concerned and they nickle and dime you for every single as I guess they would call it "extra". It was $5 for ricotta on a meatball, it was an extra $10 to add pasta to shrimp scampi (no pasta) which was already overpriced at $48! This would not have been an issue if the food was good, the shrimp were so overcooked and rubbery that you could not eat them. I frequently eat out and for me to leave more than half of my meal is not typical. I would never go back they are more concerned about turning tables than the quality of their food, don't waste your money.
