It was my friend’s birthday and we we seated next to the loudest table ever screaming and yelling we were rushed to order and the greet from the server was horrible as well as a poor attempt to read the one special of the day I was not impressed as I know the standards this company used to keep. Our food was not staggered and my tuna tartare came out the same time as my porterhouse which made zero sense and it would’ve been fine if my bread wasn’t removed from the table I was told to make room on our table for him but his hands were free. I’ve never experienced such lack of focus in this company’s restaurants but I definitely wasn’t impressed

Tables were outside and separated by at least 6 feet. Food freshness and presentation was outstanding. Got the whole fish catch of the day to share as we did with the grilled vegetables. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating to help us celebrate my wife’s bday.

Amazing food, service, experience. I can’t wait to go back.

An inauspicious start.

The welcome from the hostess when I checked in with my reservation was unexceptional.

They have a contactless menu but no WiFi and AT&T cellular reception was poor. I had to ask for a paper menu.

When I went to use the men’s restroom, there were three staff members sitting in the foyer shooting the breeze. There was a cleaning supply left sitting on the top of the urinal. (See photo.)

Fresh hot bread to start. It came with a scoop of something topped with jalapeño slices. Maybe some sort of smoked crab mixture, but nobody explained to me what it was.

I’m usually wary about having West Coast oysters in Miami, but the Kumamotos were fresh with a firm texture and shucked perfectly. They were excellent.

The blackened swordfish was mediocre: on the border line of being over-cooked enough to merit sending it back. I regret not doing so. I only ate half and mentioned to the server that it wasn’t very good when he cleared the plate. He said he was sorry.

However, the broccoli and cheese casserole was excellent and a very large portion.

Except for the lack of response to a disappointing entree, the server was pretty good: friendly, helpful, and quick.

Not terrible, but certainly disappointing. It was a decent experience overall but not worthy of the price point.

You pay for the service and name. Our server was outstanding but thw food did not reflect the price

Maybe it was an off night, but the poor service affected the entire experience and the noise level was off the charts, but the restaurant can't control that. I'll take a pass on Prime Fish for awhile. I'll go back since this was just one bad experience of many visits, but I won't be in a rush.

The best seafood restaurant I have ever been at. The food was fresh and the service was great.

Absolutely amazing! The service, price and scenery ABSOLUTELY amazing! They sat us in what I believe the best seat in the out, a nice booth inside but by the outside, we loved it. We had our daughter with us and she met a friend. It was so cool! Thank you Prime Fish, we will be back!

Fantastic experience! I think this might be the best of all the Prime restaurants. We dined with our toddler in their beautiful patio. The tables were spaced out appropriately. The staff was all wearing their masks properly covering mouth & nose without constantly touching them. The food was incredible! We had the crab lasagna, grouper imperial, grilled grouper & fries for our son & dessert. Drinks were cold & quick to come to the table. Staff lines up by the wall to make sure all patrons are well taken care of. Our server, Kenny, was fantastic! Management on site to ensure things running smoothly. Overall, fantastic! Loved it & will return.

Birthday celebration awesome experience!

Our first night in Miami and we selected Prime Fish because of others reviews. We wanted seafood, and close proximity to our hotel. The outdoor seating area was beautiful with the patio surrounded by a huge tree. Our server, Francisco, was outstanding. He explained the menu in precise detail and made us feel as if we were his only table, which was not at all the case. It was very expensive and the portions were huge. Treat yourself to a great experience! The standard has now been set very high for our other dinners.

The presentation and collective amenities made the experience memorable. The food was prepared to perfectly and the portions were more than filling. I will definitely recommend Prime Fish as a must experience local.

Went for a Sunday Brunch. Because of Covid, it's an al a carte menu. Wonderful selection of delicious food. Something for everyone! Will return.

The dishes were very generously proportioned and the flavors far exceeded expectation. Best crab cakes I’ve ever eaten 👌

Excellent seafood and steaks with attentive service. I have never been disappointed.

The service was fantastic, food was delicious. My only issue was the lack of social distancing and amount of people packed into the building and outside. I sat there in fear that I’d test covid positive after leaving. That was honestly on my mind the entire dinner and did cause me to leave earlier than expected. Right now I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there for those reasons. Sorry.

Host was great , welcoming and quickly seated.
Service started out great but went to very little service after a table of 8 guys sat. The waiter ( Richard ) spent so much time there. After 35 min of no service decided the check was the best thing to ask for and dropped ordering dessert.
Was not asked if wanted fresh pepper , thought due to Covid , but no , it was offered to the other table. Pored our wine twice for our self’s . Got the check punched in 22% even if poor service for half the meal. Waiter came back rudely put down my receipt and just said here rudely. Some how I guess he was not happy with the tip.
Food not well presented fish over cooked and so was the steak , sides were cold.

It was the first time in a while I went to one of Myles restaurants and I was actually seated timely. Bravo!

This restaurant felt like a place for tourist and not locals. The food was average with steep prices. I will not be returning.

New Year's Eve, and the place was packed. I'm not sure they're separating tables enough, but the food was excellent and the service was good considering the amount of business they're doing. We haven't been to Prime Fish for several years, but based on this experience, we'll be back - hopefully with less of a crowd.

For the amount you spend here I think the service is poor. $16 French Fries super soggy. The fish was ok. It was Really Really loud

Great food and overall good service. Had to wait for entire party to arrive before we were seated. A little annoying considering there was no one in the restaurant. Was seated outside by the entrance. Lots of foot traffic and right on the street so anyone waiting or socializing was essentially right next to our table (with no masks). A bit unnerving. Had asked for additional bread during course of the meal which was never brought. All entrees were delish and wait staff was pleasant

Daniel was awesome! Kind, offered specials, took time to share how we can order via touch free menus. Food was amazing, truffle Lobster mac and cheese was worth calories! Filet steak was juicy

Food and service are wonderful!
Richard was an awesome sever and highly recommend to tuna and the grouper. Definitely split a salad....enough for 4;)
Look forward to going again next time in South Beach:)

Prime Fish and all the other restaurants are my favorites in Miami food is amazing and the service always on they high standard just last time because was overcrowded the attention on the food has a little lack nothing major but please be accurate always
