My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary on 4/22. The food was outstanding. Our waiter was friendly and helpful.

My husband & I loved our lunch, but especially enjoyed our dinner. Wonderful steaks, veggies were perfectly cooked & French onion soup was really tasty.
We look forward to our next trip to the river district & dining again at this wonderful restaurant.
Staff was knowledgible, courteous & genuinely cared about our dining experience.

My husband and I dined for the first time with a Groupon. Price Fix 3 course meal. Portions were very small. Food was delicious tasting. My husbands steak still had a heartbeat and was sent back. I ate my meal while we waited for his to be cooked more. Not our best dining experience. Will give it one more try.

Prime de Leon is a good place to dine in downtown Ft. Myers. The food is very good and the service is always friendly and efficient. We usually choose Prime when going to the theater since they make sure to serve us in a very timely manner.

Very good service and the food was excellent. It was fun to watch all of the activity in the court yard while dining. Upstairs bar was a big attraction as well.

The quality of this restaurant has gone down since it opened. Service is terrible, food is not of high quality, and it's obvious it lacks good management. It's a shame to see a very good restaurant when they opened to the low level it is today. Once loyal customers, we will never go back.

Over cooked Salmon, fatty stake & horrible service.

Our waitress was such a delight, knowledgeable but not pushy. We had a 5:30 reservation but came at 4:45 and was greeted with a no problem attitude, sit down and enjoy!!

We went there using a groupon. Sat outside. Excellent service. She was VERY accommodating. Food was excellent, except we've had better steak quality. Very good for the value. Excellent if you're looking for a good steak place.

Sat for 15 minutes, no one greeted us or took a drink order, we walked out and went someplace else.

Our server was was Bree... The best service, the best smile, and the best humor. Exceptional as always, I have been lucky enough to have had her twice. And Kelly is always there with her award-winning smile. She always recognizes me when I visit.

A little overpriced but the food was good the staff was just fantastic specially our waitress was top-notch

Made a reservation a couple of days in advance and was looking forward to a nice night out.

Upon arrival the hostess said only outside tables were available, which we were ok with.

Unfortunately they gave us a metal table that wasn't fit for a coffee shop. With no table cloth and a severe tilt, it was laughable for an ala cart restaurant.

Food was cold, fish was small and overpriced. The salad was good

Food was outstanding. Server, Jess, was wonderful. One down fall is seating. Outside tables are on a slant. Way to hard to eat outside. Would recommend it with a clause with seating

We were disappointed in the menu we were given to choose from. It was their so called "Groupon Menu". I don't remember reading that in the fine print upon the purchase of the Groupon. The steak we ordered was not prime. It was very fatty and not seasoned. There were no salt & pepper shakers available on the table. We most likely will not return to Prime de Leon.

Ordered a medium rare hamburger, got a very rare hamburger. Was sick all night.

Been here before and both times great food. Kelly was our waitress and she was friendly, charming, funny and just 100+% awesome. I will ask for her whenever I go back.

Ok well we got there during prime time and even with reservations, we still we're like oh no this could take awhile... However with the friendly staff that was very attentive, our drinks and app was out quickly. As for our dinner, it was amazing! Filets cook to perfection!
After we couldn't eat dessert, we noticed walking out that complete dinner only took 50 min. Very impressed!!

Food was fair. Use of very heavy sauces makes the menu less than healthy.

Prime de Leon might be a decent restaurant to visit on a weekend, during high season. At that time you would have the chance to get the freshest food they offer, as well as their full crew at your service. If you go sometime during the week, they have a skeleton crew that are super nice, but fall short of the expectations they set up in their website. The food is also not the freshest at that time.

Our meal at prime was excellent. My brother-in/law and his wife were visiting from Texas and wanted a nice place to eat with prime beef. They were not disappointed, the food was fabulous and the service outstanding. Bri was very sweet, extremely knowledgeable, and was extremely attentive to our needs. My husband and I will definitely come back. Thanks for a greasy dining experience.

Seemed strange that at 6 pm there was only 2 other tables of people. Smelt like disinfectant spray when we came in. But we stayed because none of had tried it. One ordered prime rib that was left over for sure and it had been microwaved. Two ordered baked potatoes and neither were barley warm and way overdone. So assuming the same left overs. Burger was good except we were told you no longer have 12 oz burgers because they are to hard to get done right. So were told it would be a 8 oz burger and the price would be 11.00 vs. 13.00. Well it was a 12 oz burger and the price was 13.00 not good business.

So while we will share with others about your establishment it will be not the be positive that we were so helping for. We have looked at this place everytime we pass and it was always busy (Fri/Sat) but on Wednesday zip. We have sense talked to 5 people and of the 5 that have been there only ONE said they would return. To many good places to choose from these days.

We love prime, it is our favorite place to have a special dinner with always amazing food.

We had a Groupon for our dinner. It started out very well, good appetizer (gnocchi), wine and salad (Caesar and wedge). Our problem was with the entree. Our steaks were terrible - lots of fat and gristle. We liked the mushroom and onion topping. A steak house should do better with their steaks. The meal ended with a good chocolate cake. Perhaps if we had ordered the chicken or salmon our meal would have been much better.

Service was GREAT, food was good, value was OK, atmosphere was nice. We sat outside on a Saturday night there was a lot of entertainment in the courtyard, we had ribeye steaks, they were good but not great, salads were very good. Overall I would give it a 7 - 7.5 out of 10

I would not recommend this restaurant the food was overpriced and the food was no good

We were a party of 7, some of us were very early and they allowed us to sit and order wine while we waited. Service was excellent, our server was efficient and attentive. Food was delicious and wonderfully prepared. We will definitely be back. I only mentioned that it was loud because we happened to be there on "bike night", it may be quieter on a regular day.

Even though there was a bit of a mixup with our Open Table reservation, dinner at Prime de Leon was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Our server was very friendly, personable and efficient. This was not our first visit to Prime and we always are happy to go back.

My high expectations were not met because of very average cuisine for the top dollar price on New Year's Eve

Tiny portions, Mel's diner has better food and larger portions for an 8th of the price, not a good value whatsoever.

This was my our second time here and it was amazing both times. The servers, manager and food was the best. Me and my husband are looking forward to visiting your place again.
