Prime Catch on the Waterfront
Tucked next to the Woolbright Bridge.
You can watch the Yachts go by, while sipping a Cocktail and having your favorite Florida Fish.
At Prime Catch, every Table has a Waterfront View.
For over a decade, Prime Catch has been serving the Freshest Florida Fish, Maine Lobster, and delicious Seafood and Steaks to Locals & Seasonal Snowbirds alike.
This revamped classic still has really fine food, fresh and delicious.
I’ve dined here twice for dinner in the past month and both times I was extremely happy with the experience. The ambiance outside is convivial yet relaxing. I’ve only eaten outside due to Covid concerns and both times threatened rain but the staff is super accommodating to move you under cover if needed. The servers are very friendly and offer just the right amount of attention. The food arrived perfectly cooked and correct temperature. I splurged on grilled lobster tail both times and I felt the high cost was worth it. The fries were crispy and hot, not greasy or overly salty. The shrimp cocktail plump and flavorful. My only complaint is that the house salad dressing is too sweet for my taste. The coconut cream pie was phenomenal, it’s now on my list of top desserts ever!
Great ambiance, our meal was delicious and the service was very good.
We had a nice table in the corner by the water. Perfect for our special occasion.
Celebrated our 52 anniversary this evening. Sat outside, Lisa was our waitress and greeted us with Happy 52 Anniversary which was extremely nice. Many restaurants ask if it’s a special occasion and then never acknowledge it. We had the prime rib which was delicious. Our only negative: we arrived before Early Bird ended, but noticed that the EB in front of some of the entree denoted that it would be $5 less. When we received the check we noticed that the $5 had not been taken off. Reason: the early bird prime rib is 10 oz not the 12 oz that we ordered, however that was never explained to us. We ordered the 10 oz figuring it would be $5 less. In previous years, an early bird menu was offered. We did not go because of the early bird, but perhaps management should be more clear about
just what EB means.
Great waterfront atmosphere. Second time eating there this week, both times the service was wonderful.
Wonderful waiter. Food was terrific
The food, view and staff are amazing. I was recommend Prime Catch by
four different individuals and am I glad. I look forward to going back.
The hostess was great she was able to accommodate us after a few minutes. The waiter Kurt was excellent he didn’t rush us and let us enjoy our cocktails. He was on top of the drinks and dinner,
I have been going to Prime Catch for many years. They have redecorated and increased the size of their outdoor seating, but it is still the same, friendly, accommodating and reasonable eatery it always was.
Great service, great food!
Excellent food great location. Felt very safe with social distancing.
It was a nice restaurant! Water front dining is really nice! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because they did not have any prime rib left and the rib eye only came in one size, 18oz. It is getting very common at most restaurants to run out of prime rib before dinner sessions are even over! They should be better prepared! Other than that it was very nice!! Service was awesome!
Good drinks, chill vibe, great service! Will be back again!
Nice outdoor seating. Tables spaced apart appropriately.
Spent a very nice evening with friends. Great weather was appreciated since we ate outside. Excellent value on the lobster special. Kudos to Pamela, our waitress, who was friendly and efficient. Wait staff all wore masks.
Great food and service
Great food and service!
Perfect place for brunch. Great bloody marys. The french onion soup was amazing.
The potato encrusted snapper was over the top as was the service.
All our food was great! We were overly surprised. the only drawback is the place looks like a diner. people wearing shorts and flip flops. So. great for food and drink forget the ambiance.
Was seated 20 minutes later than reservation. Was told they were sanitizing the table. 20 minutes?
A great experience!!
Sat at the bar for a drink waiting for another couple. Bartenders were good. Sat down at our table. Our waiter came took our drink order. After awhile took our food order. Was very attentive. The food was very good. Haven’t been there for along time. Love the ambiance. Will return again.
We had amazing service and great food. I really appreciate it
One of my fav places! The best food best prices!
Making reservation was easy with professional person on phone who spoke very well and slow enough for me to understand. Second person was late but we were kindly accomodated. Food great!
New Years Eve. OK meal. My fiancé and I Left the waitress a generous tip. At 1145pm I Advised the restaurant manager that my keys were locked in the car and that I was waiting for roadside assistance to come. My fiancé and I stood by the vehicle for 2hrs for roadside to arrive only to watch the restaurant employees leave one by one, and not one of them asked us if we were going to be ok or if they should call the police to wait with us. It was as if we were invincible. Help didn’t arrive until 115am, an hour after the manager closed the doors and turned out the lights. This restaurant will happily take your money, but fail you miserably on the part of being good human beings.
Beautiful waterfront location. Lots of table dining options. Delicious fresh fish. And good steaks too. Also great soup and salads. A little something for everyone
I wish we knew there was a limited menu for New Years Eve. But a couple of us ordered the lamb chops they were not very good the “coating” tasted like shake & bake & not what the menu mentioned. One person ordered the filet took two bites as it was cooked medium rear and not well done as requested. There was a toddler crying for most of our dinner and the parents let them cry enjoyable for everyone. This is the second time I’ve been here since there remodeling. But we we’re celebrating a Birthday and wanted to go somewhere special. Unfortunately Prime Catch fell way short
Waitress was friendly. Our experience was great. To have a view of intracoastal waterway is precious
My one recommendation is they increase size of menu because wording is so small it is difficult to read.
Food, Ambience and service are right in target. We highly recommend.. The outside dining area truly works during these tough times. Although noted that people were packed into the two bars with no masks on...
Great on the water location, with broad menu.
Fish looked fine, Zuppa de Pesce looked impressive and my Lobster roll was just Ok.
Wonderful dinner outside on the deck. Enjoyable and good food.
Our waitress was wonderful and our meal was outstanding
love the new decor and the floating bar is awesome. we have ben coming here for years and never had a bad meal!!!
The food was fantastic!! Our server, Brandyn was terrific. It was our first time there and he told us about all the food!!
The setting waterfront was lovely. The service was good. A little pricey, and food was average. Nice place for special occasions
Great place for a nice outdoor dining experience. We have been there several times, service is always great , food is great and I would highly recommend Prime Catch.
Lisa our server was phenomenal! Shrimp cocktail and Danish Bleu salad excellent! Main course were Tristan lobster tails !! So, so awesome !! With mashed potatoes side and a pice of killer coconut cream pie for dessert!!
Great great Christmas Day dinner ! Loved it ! Thanks !
Our waiter Chris was awesome. He gave my elderly mother and I lots of time to sit and talk, no pressure to get us out of there, even on Christmas Day.
The food was spectacular !!!
