Enjoyable view atoverlooking intercoastal. Great fish meal.
This was my second time at Prime Catch; first time for early bird menu. Food and service was excellent. The calamari were delicious. My kids had the fried shrimp basket with French fries. I had the Asian Salmon that comes with an awesome shrimp fried rice. We will definitely return.
My third time coming to Prime Catch and have enjoyed it very much each time. It was the first time being here for my friends, they loved it and said they would come back again.
Fine dining with delicious food. Beautiful views of the intercostal. We look forward to going back
For being a seafood restaurant on the water, the menu is a poor selection and the prices would be adequate if the food would be of higher quality. I could not recommend this restaurant unless the menu becomes more selective and the food quality gets better.
We called and asked what the chances were to be seated for 5 at 6p. We were told not until 730. I went online and saw open table could seat us at 615. So I thought this is odd. I booked it, walked in, said we had a reservation, they seated us right away and even when we left still plenty Open tables. That annoyed me. Our meals were just OK for the money. My martini was great and our server was nice, but I had the risotto scallops dish- super salty. My cousin had the scampi and was not very tasty. My dads fish was over cooked. Would def not go back again.
They forgot to acknowledge the birthday for my dining partner. They apologized and gave us a dessert to take home.
Great service a little dated decor food good
We asked for a table with a water view we we sat further away with a distant water view
Waitress was too bothersome felt rushed
Prime Catch was absolutely amazing!! I would recommend this place to everyone.
A perfect dinner!
Food is almost always reliably good & the view one of the best around . What I have a problem with is a less than straight forward menu . For example, on the early bird special menu the trout was said to come with sautéed spinach - it was actually one leaf sitting atop the trout . The waitress said oh , it’s just a garnish ! Then why not say so honestly . We ended up ordering a side of spinach for an additional $5 . When I spoke to the manager she said she would notify the chef to re-word the menu . No offer to comp the side dish altho I am a long time regular customer .
Our hot fudge sundae followed a similar tract . We did get “extra” hot fudge on the side since there was so little on the sundae . There was also very little ice cream .What there was lots of was whipped cream . We were told 3 scoops of ice cream ; I doubt there was one . I don’t see myself hurrying back to what once was one of my favorite restaurants - too many unpleasant extras along with delicious food makes it not worthwhile .
Lovely, lovely restaurant, terrific setting. AND, great food. All at a price, but the occasion was a special one!
The food and the staff were excellent, can't beat the view
Relatively abominable. Ordered whole grilled fish to be cooked well done. Waiter never took order for whole fish before so was clueless. Kitchen would only saute it—it was too moist and not good. Chefs should be cooking not cooks. A chef would have known what to do.Waiter didn’t know what was served with the fish. Husband’s black grouper was supposed to come with champagne sauce—didn’t come., and he said it was mediocre at best. We were a party of four, & we had to ask for rolls after an interminable time. When they were brought to table, there was only 3 pats of butter! Definitely not a great experience.
It was a family gathering. The waitress was on the money. Attentive to your needs and wants. We are visiting the Boynton area and would diffinately recommend Prime Catch for and occasion. We will go back most diffinately.
Outstanding food and service! Beautiful view!
Prime Catch has excellent options including a great prime rib. They never disappoint. I had their Scottish salmon for the first time and it was outstanding. They are very reasonably priced and have plenty of variety. The french fries are outstanding. Ok, one slight disappointment...the coffee tasted bland and rebrewed, but I can be picky with my coffee.
Go and give it a try.
Has gotten too expensive so I will wait for a special occasion.
My favorite place to eat
Beautiful setting and food is solidly and consistently good. I enjoyed the 4th of July special of a lobster with corn, potatoes, mussels and clams.
Perfect local to relax by the water for patio dining. The food was fresh and perfectly prepared. Jason our waiter was fun and made the whole experience perfect.
The tuna and grouper were delicious. Service was very good and it was lovely to sit outdoors on a beautiful evening
Right on the water. Outdoor dining or indoor. Food was good but my tiny 4 oz fish and green beans for $35 felt a bit pricey. Service was also terrible. It took a very long time for everything.
Haven’t been here since the first two weeks they opened. Went with good friends for a couple birthdays. Bloody Marys were great. Prime hot dip was a great starter. Everyone loved their meals, Bone-in Ribeye, Braised Ribs, Prime Mixed Grill. Deserts were Key Lime Pie, Coconut Cream Pie and Creme Brûlée. Everything was great. Couldn’t have asked for better se
Always good food and good service. One of our favorites.
Last time i visited restaurant food was much better. Sand in steamed clams. Food was so so. Fish was dry. Lobster was good. Decor was old and tired. Need updating.
Beautiful view, great food and service.
Quiet day, hostest knew we were coming and greeted us nicely, the ambience inside (and outside) seems like a place that's totally not part of the plaza. I'd say it's a cross between deck 84 and blue moon fish co. Outside was covered and breezy and still nice on a hot day. The water view outside and boats were pleasant. All the food was top notch, even the onion rings. Inside felt like inside an upscale Boston older restaurant. We had the prime hot dip A+, oysters as expected, I had a simple new England cod and rings, great portion, her mahi was real fresh and perfectly grilled. Our server Yuri was a refreshing pleasure to deal with. Was our first time, will go again. What a gem.
Food and service were very good - unfortunately it was so noisy we actually couldn't hear each other talk - two large noisy parties ruined it for us -
How about adding some noise reduction material ?? I would hate to have to go someplace else ???
Our experience at Prime Catch did not live up to our prior visits. Food was average, and not hot. Sword fish was not tender.
We've been to Prime Catch a few times over the years and enjoyed the food. This time, we went during the Early Bird hours. We went with our neighbors as a special thank you for watching our house while we were on vacation (we are not generally Early Bird customers). The food, the service and the prices were all very good. I had the Lobster bake and it was excellent! We won't be waiting so long to go back again!
We ate at Prime Catch on Saturday night and had a FABULOUS DINNER! The fish was fresh and flavorful. Our Server, Lauren, was very attentive and personable. In fact, Lauren truly helped to make this occasion very special.
We will definitely be eating at Prime Catch more often!
The restaurant needs to be renovated. Very musty smell.
Food is always very good.
Honors reservation. Attentive staff. Good fish choices. Good bar specials. Great early bird menu
Was great. The food was incredible. Excellent service. Can’t wait to go back
Prime catch is an excellent place to dine out on the water..My wife and I often come here for special occasions like Birthdays, Anniversaries and getting together with family and friends. The food is top shelf and the service just as good. Our waitress Lauren was friendly, professional and definitely an asset to Prime Catch...
Prime Catch never disappoints! One guest tried Yellowtail Snapper for first time! Rave reviews! Food and ambiance wonderful as always!
By far the BEST restaurant in Palm Beach!
Uri was an outstanding waiter, One of the best. Unfortunately we all ordered eggs benedict or crabcake benedict and the eggs all came out overdone. The manager immediately apologized and brought us all 2 new eggs perfectly cooked. Of course everything under the eggs were cold by that time but they tried to make it right.
