The food is always excellent. Everyone we bring to Prime Catch loves it!
Enjoyed a Mahi special with cauliflower risotto and arugula salad for lunch. It was outstanding! I have a couple of favorites on the menu, but have very much enjoyed the specials on my last few visits. My friend thought the shrimp basket was exceptional. Although very warm that day, a slight breeze made for a lovely lunch on the patio. Our server was excellent and friendly. It was an overall awesome lunch. I’m never disappointed.
Took advantage of the lobster special at the same time we celebrated our anniversary. A delicious, delightful evening all around with wonderful service thrown in
a Florida classic - good food and great location & service.
Wonderful food great location right on the waterfront
This place is always great, particularly for seafood.
Food and service was great. They're very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!
As always great food, great service. Location is fabulous.
We hadn't been to Prime Catch for several years. We found the food and service very good. The scenic view of the inner coastal is always a nice touch. The only complaint is that the noise level was very high. Other than that it is a wonderful place for dinner.
Exceptional service, very good food, lovely atmosphere
Excellent! Quality seafood dishes and delicious, rich sides and appetizers. Make sure you leave room for the coconut cream pie!
Loved that in making the reservation I asked for Prime Catch to save me a whole Fish and when I ordered they had one last one for me! Awesome.
Overall, this was not a great experience. We went there for my son's birthday. not being a big fish person, I decided to play it safe with the 'fish and chips'. When I tried to order it, the waitress actually talked me out of it. So I decided on the filet instead. I knew better than to order a steak at a fish place.
The steak was cooked properly to medium but then it sat around and cooled off. The fries were obviously cooed at the same time because they had cooled to room temperature as well.
My litmus test for any bar is can the bartender make a passable Aviation. Honestly, as long as it is in the ballpark and served in a martini glass, I give them a passing grade. This bar however failed. It was served on the rocks. The waitress had to bring me lemons because there was no lemon juice in it at all and the Creme de Violet overpowered the Gin.
The only up side was that we sat outside, it was mostly quiet and we had a beautiful view of the boats gong down the Inter-coastal.
We have enjoyed PC many times but this is the first time we ate upstairs. Upstairs lacks the ambience of the first floor close to the water, but food still very good and nicely presented and staff very attentive.
It was our first time there and we had a reservation for 6:45 and had to wait about 10-15 minutes before we were seated. Not a huge deal but a little surprising. We got a table outside which was great as it was a nice night. Our server was very nice (I forget her name so I can't name her specifically). We ordered drinks and our meal - steamed clams for me and the crab and corn chowder for my husband. The soup was good and the clams delicious. For dinner I got the Prime Catch Trio and my husband got blackened mahi mahi. His fish was delicious but unfortunately my lobster and scallops were not cooked completely so I of course was unable to eat them. Our server did not deliver the dinners and did not return until we were finished so I was unable to say anything about it in time to get a replacement or have it cooked more and then when she came to clear the table she did not even ask how everything was so at that point I felt like saying anything was a waste of time. It was disappointing because it's one of their most expensive entrees and she had to see the barely touched scallops and lobster on my plate. We also noticed that other table that came in after us were finished and left before us so that was a bit annoying as well. We will probably give it one more try because everything except my dinner was good and honestly if that was just cooked a little more it would have been tasty so hopefully we'll have a better experience.
We love the outside terrace and view. We find the food has it's up and downs. Last night was mediocre. I had a crab dish that was served like warm and the veggies were soggy. My table mate had swordfish that was also mediocre with cold sides. The waiter was apologetic but not helpful.
Service was great. Trisha is very friendly.
I will recommend to my friends
Great food and value! Lovely view of the Intercoastal! Service was excellent!
We’ve been to Prime Catch 3 times and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The food is outstanding, particularly the prime rib. The service is great. We love Sue! And the view of the Intracoastal is fabulous! This restaurant has it all!!
First time there with a new date! The food, drinks and service was good! After dinner we watched the Red Sox win the World Series!
I took her home, had great sex then called it an incredible night! We’ll definitely be back!!!
I have been here a number of times, but this time the snapper was very salty..
Fish is average shrimp cocktail so so
Vraiment une bonne table à retenir
Allez-you en toute confiance
We had the lobster bucket. It was tasty as was the tail stuffed with crabmeat. The lobsters were definitely not 1 1/4 since my husband was in the business. In Long Island these lobsters would be confiscated and thrown back in they were so small. Not even chicks. But we all enjoyed.
Great location and the food is fabulous. I try to frequent out of season because it gets really crowded and the clientele is much older.
Excellent creative delicious food. Great ambiance and service!
This evening was preset offers or go to regular menu. Bad decision by management. Not that pricing was much different.
Unfortunately some customers do not like the accessories to the preset menu and a big fat NO by the waiter Jason. No reflection on him, but no flexibility by management.
Leaves a bad taste in your mouth and not recommending or wanting to go back to this restaurant
One of our favorite restaurants whether for special occasion or a nice dinner with friends. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. They try to accommodate requests and the waterfront view is an added bonus. We usually have their lobster dinner - always fresh and delicious. The wait staff is attentive without being overbearing and they work well as a team!!
Ambiance was very nice and service was very good. The food presentation was pretty however the food was definitely on the bland side and the steak I ordered was beyond undercooked. My bread plate was either dirty or worn down - surprising for a restaurant of this caliber. Dessert was very good except the waiter put the check down way before we were finished. It was made very clear to us that the manager was pushing him to get our table done - as she kept staring as she walked by ( with her IPAD ) several times and was noticeably motioning to him. It really caused an awkward end to our evening especially since there were other open tables. I would not recommend this restaurant for true foodies.
Have been there many times.
This time the food, with the exception of the crab soup, was mediocre at best
great outdoor dinning , professional service , and lively atmosphere
Opening specials were terrific
We enjoyed eating outside
I have been to Prime Catch many times and have become disappointed in the quality of the food.
My salad was good however the stuffed lobster special was very bad. Service was very good.
I will have to go elsewhere for seafood.
The food is usually very good however perhaps due to the hour or due to the volume the kitchen was handling we were a little disappointed. The salmon I ordered was excellent but it arrived cold. The seafood bucket featuring a one and quarter pound lobster was good except the lobster was nowhere near a one and quarter pound more like a chicken lobster. Our reservation was 7:15 and we were seated at a table until 7:30. They may have overbooked. We will try them again on another day.
Perfect evening! We had an outdoor table to enjoy the moonlight. The season opening specials were wonderful and so reasonably priced! We started with steamed clams...fresh and bright. Dinners were prime rib with Dungeness crab legs and a stuffed lobster tails. Serving were generous and delicious. Even the bread basket is worth mentioning. Excellent service by Laura and a nice drop by with manager Gayle.
Delightful dining along the Intracoastal Waterway. Food was great and the service was excellent.
Much too noisy for the business dinner we were conducting.
Lovely evening on the deck with great friends. The lobster was great.
Was waiting for perfect night to eat outside and we found it. Our friends all agreed it was a great dining
experience. Thanks to everyone at Prime Catch.
Always enjoy sitting outside on the inter coastal and having a drink and dinner!!
One of our mainstay restaurants. But Monday lobster night is our favorite. Wish we could go every Monday.
