The burgers were extremely greasy and highly overpriced. I purchased a Groupon for $40 worth of food without realizing that it was for dining for four people. Granted, that was my fault since I didn’t notice the required number of people, but the manager only honored the amount I paid for the Groupon and refused to give any discount. If I had purchased the Groupon for two people, I still would’ve gotten $11 off my food. She wouldn’t even give a discount of a dollar. We ended up spending over $70 for two burgers and one order of fries. I would never go there again.

We looked forward to our dining experience at Primeburger since we had enjoyed their excellent, although pricey hamburgers, and service on several occasions in the past. We have always used a Groupon coupon, which helped defray the higher cost of our meals. We are generous tippers, and enjoy alcoholic beverages, starters, and dessert with our meal. However, on this occasion, we were surprised by our reception. As an Open Table VIP member, I do expect (an usually receive) a decent table and service. Although we had a reservation, clearly we were an after thought. Upon arrival, we were shown a table right next to the outside food court which was so noisy I could not converse with my husband. When the server arrived to take our order, I immediately explained that we had anticipated our son and daughter-in-law joining us, and had purchased the Groupon for four (spending $24 for a $40 credit). Since our guests had been unable to join us, I hoped that the management would still allow us to use the Groupon credit, or even the original amount we had paid. The answer was a definitive “no.” Since we did not want to be charged the $25 reservation fee for being a ‘no show,’ we ordered a Pepsi and iced tea. Upon receiving them, I asked for the bill, and we prepared to leave. We were informed that the drinks were complimentary because they had been unable to honour our Groupon. We left and walked around the corner to the Casanova restaurant where we were treated like royalty. See my review of Casanova.

The burgers were good but a bit overpriced, even for Vegas standards. The fries were oddly starchy but acceptable. The service was great.

Was very disappointed. It was our daughter's birthday and we noted that on our reservation. They didn't even say happy birthday. Food was just average and way over priced for what we got. Bun was soggy and had cheese from another burger on the bun. Our server was sweet but got the order wrong so I had to pick toppings off the burger. The boozy milkshake was the best part but even that was nothing special. Definitely will not be going back!

I read the reviews which made me question whether I should eat here. We needed a reservation for 8 on a Friday to make a show at the sphere so went ahead and made the reservation. The food was great, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was casual. The food was a little pricey but not unreasonable for a restaurant on the Strip. I would eat here again and recommend to friends as a great place to eat!

For a place that accepted reservations in the Venetian, I was expecting something a little “more” than what prime burger was.

Went here before a show and wasn’t quite what we expected. We ordered burgers and fries, I didn’t realize that the fries were a separate charge from the $24 burgers, and while the burgers were good, we could have the same quality elsewhere for half the price. It was close to the theater, so that was a plus and the staff was nice. Ambience was very diner style, which was surprising Being that this restaurant is in the Venetian. If you’re in a bind and need somewhere to eat before a show, I would recommend this place as a last resort.
