I recently dined at Prime Bistro and had an amazing experience! The tuna tartar and tomahawk steak were both absolutely divine. The salads were also incredibly fresh and flavorful. It's clear that the chefs at Prime Bistro take great care in selecting high-quality ingredients and preparing them with skill and care. The atmosphere was also lovely, and the service was top-notch. When the reservation was made, I didn’t realize that the restaurant was kosher. I’m Jewish so it’s not a big deal except the cost is always higher. It was also early Saturday night just after sundown so the kitchen had been closed and, before it could be reopened, the Rabbi had to come in but he was running late. After 15 minutes we decided to leave because we knew that once open, the kitchen would have to heat up. We told the waiter we were leaving. He understood and offered to comp us for the glass of wine we ordered. We paid anyway and went across the street to Gino’s for my birthday dinner.

Service was great, very attentive. Food - we were not impressed. A couple Filets ordered and were over cooked and not close to what a proper Filet should be. Couple apps and they were so-so. Empanadas were basic, noting special. Sushi rolls is where they did well. I’d order these again and skip the other parts of the meal. Smoked old fashions were fantastic but then we tried Espresso Martinis and they have no idea how to make. I would have appreciated them being upfront with this but just brought over something that wasn’t close. There are some good things and not so good things of the experience.

From the second you walk in the door you are received and treated as a guest not a customer. The staff is prompt and attentive but not over bearing or pushy. The food is nothing short of perfect. We had an incredible "steak" dinner that was priced beyond fair. This is a must for anyone looking for an incredible meal that does not want to deal with going into the City.

Steaks are seasoned just right! BBQ Korean rib appetizer is also mouth-watering delish. Fresh bread served to all tables with olive oil and herb mix is fantastic. Cool vibe, diverse crowd. Service is on point! A little pricey but overall excellent choice whether you require Kosher or not!

A/C was not working in the back room, our entire party was dripping sweat and the management did little to rectify the situation other than apologizing. Apps, dessert or partial dinner should have been comped to make good on the poor experience.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve made a reservation at this establishment and not been able to enjoy my meal there. I understand that a large party is more valuable to the manager than a party of three. However, we requested a table not near a friend of ours who was conducting a business meeting as it could have caused awkwardness. The waiter offered us a table in the back which was fine. After we were seated with menus the manager came over and said he’s very busy this evening and that we should move back to the front. I explained why we didn’t want to sit there and he reiterated that he has lots of reservations etc. My brother in law and husband and I agreed to leave. It was rude and uncalled for to move us. I would note that at the time only about one third of the tables were occupied and the back room was completely empty.

We showed up to prime bistro for our 8:30 reservation. They asked us to wait behind the groups that have showed up Me: oh but we have a reservation Host: yeah but we try to accommodate everyone so thanks for your patience. Just wait behind these guys, since they got here before you Moral of the story: they know how to TAKE the reservation, but they don’t know how to HOLD the reservation. We were finally seated 40 minutes after our reservation in a makeshift table in the hallway between their two dining rooms. While the food is good, don’t bother making a reservation on open table, they don’t actually take them. Open table should eject them from their reservation system and if they don’t… and your still reading this, try Resy for actual reservations at a restaurant that understands how to hold a reservation.

Prime Bistro is nicely decorated, but it is noisy. There was a long line of people waiting to be seated and no one asked if we had reservations; we were totally ignored. In fact, there were several tables for 2 available. The food was good, but the service was awful.

Waiters brought all food at once! Appetizers and mains and when i told them to wait on mains they said it was busy!!! Son told waiter it was birthday but the dessert never came out until maitre’d finally came by and threw the plates in table And 5 seconds later…the bill!!! Food pricey and not bad but service was lacking

Steak was just great. We got a 36 ounce T bone steak for the 2 of us and it was perfectly cooked. Food is expensive but prices not outrageous for the kosher steakhouse. It was very loud and busy but we expected that to be the case on the Valentine’s Day. Will definitely come back (on a quieter evening).

The food was excellent and the service was great. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation, and was seated immediately. The food came out very quick and was delicious. I would def reccomend Prime Bistro to a friend and I will probably go back myself there soon.

The burger was way over priced for what it is. All I was given was a beef patty, a single slice of lettuce and some onions inside some buns. This restaurant advertises themselves as an expensive establishment, yet the burger was over cooked (asked for medium rare), the burger did not come with any special sauces, and no pickles. It was a very bland burger and it was just ok. The only redeeming quality were the French fries that it came with. Overall it was a disappointing burger for $36.

Beautiful restaurant, good ambiance and acoustics. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was a bit slow especially since not too many diners were there while we were. However, all servers were exceptionally polite and helpful. The lemon Tart dessert was delicious. The rib steaks were cooked to perfection. Too much fat on the Short Ribs, so not a filling portion. A great Steakhouse. Stick to the steaks. Appetizers were also really good.

Excellent service. The waiter was very nice, we were seated right away and didn’t wait long for our food. He felt bad that they didn’t have the dessert we ordered on the menu so he threw in the chocolate suffle for free.
