I ate at their Ft. Lee location back in 2010 and loved it. Was looking for a good steakhouse to take a date to and came across their Union Square/St. Marks location. Blew my expectations out of the water! Cute place, incredible menu, fantastic wine selection and impeccable service. On top of all that, the steak was absolutely phenomenal. They bring your steak to the table and show you before they cook it - all the dry-/wet-aging is done on-site and the chefs cook it to perfection! I wanted medium rare and my date wanted medium well and we got the porterhouse for 2. They cooked it medium rare, had her split off what she wanted and finished firing it to medium well for her. Both came out perfect temp! Also had a nice palette cleanser that I can't name (some special little chemistry project concoction you 'shoot') which was brought to us on the house at the beginning of the meal. Wine suggestion by our waitress was very well priced and a perfect wine to pair with our meal! Would definitely recommend again and again.
