Away from the hustle and bustle of the casino on the mezzanine is South Point's Primarily Prime Rib. Catering to hearty appetites, the menu features five flavorful prime rib cuts, dry aged to ensure tenderness, seasoned and slowly roasted. Other dishes aim to please all palates. All meals include a choce of soup or salad and choice of potato or seasonal vegetables, plus fresh and warm sour dough bread.

We've eaten at Primarily Prime Rib many times and it never disappoints. Thanh was a wonderful server. We were originally a party 0f 10 but lost 3 at the last minute. They adjusted our seating to 7 with no complaints. Can certainly see why this place is so popular!

We arrived ten minutes prior to our reservation time and were seated immediately. The prime-rib was cooked perfectly. It was the 10oz cut. Of which, I was only able to finish half of it. The flavor was amazing. The meat tender. I had the baked potato. This was a large potato. I was only able to eat half of it. Seats were comfortable. I'm a big guy and worry about the chairs.

This is our second visit this week. The food is off the charts in everything. This is our go to for Prime Rib in Las Vegas. We found two years ago and it is still great. The attentiveness of the staff is great even in a very busy time frame. We did not feel rushed. I had the Pork Chop and my husband the thin cut prime... we both were very pleased...plus the salad had a ton of ingredients. Make it a stop for yourself...it will be worth it.

We have eaten at Primarily Prime Rib many times and have always had a wonderful experience. The food and service are excellent and for a decent price. Plan to go back soon.

We’ve often chosen to dine at the restaurant for special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays. One of the standout features that made our visits memorable was the tableside warm spinach and bacon salad at Primarily Prime Rib. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to discover on our most recent visit that this signature offering has been discontinued. The replacement salad we were served was mediocre at best — I stopped after just two bites. When we inquired about the spinach salad, we were told it had been removed from the menu, and that other guests have also expressed how much they miss it. I sincerely hope restaurant management will reconsider and bring back this beloved tableside spinach salad. It truly elevated the dining experience and was one of the reasons we kept coming back.
