You walk into Primal, and immediately appreciate the wonderful wood burning smell. I went with a girlfriend of mine for dinner this past Friday, and as usual, wasn't disappointed. The deviled eggs with candied bacon app. was delicious. I had the grilled octopus with fennel appetizer and a side of grilled asparagus, and both were tasty. The octopus portion was a little on the small side. My friend had a pasta dish that she said was very good, which can be challenging at a gluten free restaurant. They have Presecco on draft, and it was nice and bubbly.
I don't mind eating gluten, so that's not why I enjoy Primal. Their menu has lots of good options, the service is always good, and I've never had a meal there that I didn't enjoy. Two thumbs up!
