PRHYME: Downtown Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
Food was amazing. Hands down the best steak I have ever had. Cooked perfect. Very nice atmosphere. Great for a dressy night out or you can be casual and not feel out of place. A little pricey so for me would be a special occasion but the food was amazing !!! Definitely recommend and will return
Our steak came back rare twice instead of midrare. Just a minor inconvenience, nothing huge. Filet cuts are thick so just mental note to keep it on longer. We had our food packed up for us and never got it back. So that was semi-disappointing. Everything else is great. Worth a $300 meal? Not really but still good.
We were here celebrating a birthday. The restaurant treated the birthday guest to the house favorite: triple chocolate pie - plenty for two to share and so delicious. Steaks were prepared per our request. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. We would return.
The overall experience was incredible. I was proposing to my girlfriend and they were able to hold flowers I had ordered in the back and brought them out with dessert as I requested. The staff is on top of everything and are very considerate and accommodating. They brought out complimentary champagne and made the dessert complimentary as well.
The food is phenomenal and I plan on going back again. Amazing place for a romantic date.
Highly recommend! While the decor is dated, the service and food are overwhelming superior. Zach, our server did an amazing job of sharing the story, notable items, spot on attention to detail and shared insight about the area. Our food was perfect, would not change one item or preparation. The client / customer base included everyone; first special dates to Anniversary celebrations to groups of friends. Wasn’t going to do dessert but glad we did! Perfect finish to a perfect evening.
First ever dinning here. It was recommended by a friend and I made a reservation to meet with a customer. Nice little bar area while we waited for our table because we got there a little early. Very friendly and helpful staff. Now about the food, it was wonderful. I think everyone at our table was impressed with the taste and quality of our meals. Will definitely recommend and will return.
My fiance and I ate here at New Years Eve. Firstly, I really appreciated that you could order from the full menu, instead of a set menu as is required, often, on holiday evenings. The food was delicious - I had the corn bisque, and grass-fed filet (I loved the carrot & parsnip ribbons!). My fiance had a grilled vegetable salad (not his favorite, but he's picky about salads) and a filet. We shared the chocolate pie for dessert. No espresso or drip coffee would be my only complain - had to order a french press (still delicious).
Also - the service was polite and impeccable - truly rare these days!
An exceptional dining experience. My only regret is having had too large a lunch to sample more of their menu. The service was prompt and attentive enough to not feel well taken care of, but not constantly intruded upon. Highly recommend for a special date or an intimate evening with a few close friends. A magnificent addition to the Brady District.
PRHYME has easily become one of my favorite steakhouses. I've been three times now and the experience gets better with every visit. I took my boyfriend for his birthday on our most recent visit and our waiter (Zach) gave exceptional service. Our table was always filled and our needs were met in a very speedy pace. I really appreciated the birthday dessert with the added candle. What a surprise! This place is great for a date night or corporate function. I've already recommended it to many and will continue to do so often. Thanks for the great service, PRHYME! I will be back!
P.S.- Best Manhattan I've had thus far!
Have been there many times and have always been happy. This experience, no so much. My $50+ ribeye steak was served cold. When I questioned: waiter said “ yea, it set under the warmer for 15 min, we had a big order to get out” . I gave him credit for being honest.
Now , they absolutely made it right: took the steak off the bill and gave us a free chocolate surprise. Also a$20 gift card off any JT restaurant
I’ll be back for another try someday as they did “ make it right” and kept a patron
I love this place for happy hour on Monday and Tuesday but I took my girlfriend there for dinner and I was pretty disappointed with their smoked Duck due to the lack of flavor. It was definitely over priced for the quality of the dish and the waiter still charged me full price for it but my girlfriend had the Fillet and it was amazing. I will continue to come here for happy hour but I probably won’t dine here again as there’s a lot of good choices for dinner downtown Tulsa.
This is our 3 yr coming for our anniversary. We submitted an online reservation with a specific table and our favorite waiter and followed through with our request. Not only did we have Joel but his partner Jennifer and she was amazing too! Looking forward for our next dinner!
