This edition of our Wine Unfiltered series celebrates the legends and pioneers of U.S. winemaking, including iconic selections from Grgich Hills and Chateau Montelena—two wineries that changed the course of wine history during the 1976 Judgement of Paris. Whether you're a budding enthusiast or a seasoned connoisseur, you'll enjoy an approachable, educational, and entertaining evening of wine discovery in an intimate setting at Prhyme. While food is not part of the formal tasting, guests will receive light bites throughout the class. Many attendees choose to stay for dinner afterward—we highly encourage reservations if you'd like to continue your evening with us. WINE UNFILTERED is an irreverent exploration of wine tasting led by Sommelier Joe Breaux. Each class features six different wine tastes, small bites, and an unfiltered (sometimes profanity laden) presentation of the wine themes. It's educational and entertaining!

    Phryme has the most amazing steaks. I had the six ounce and my husband 14 oz New York Strip. I was surprised to find out the 6 ounce also came with mashed potatoes and green beans. I loved the steak. It melted in my mouth and was cooked to perfection. The potatoes, green beans were nothing to write home about. My husband also ordered mushrooms and asparagus as sides to share so I tasted those and they were ok but not great. The asparagus I believe was served in a Hollandaise sauce that was cold and too thick for my taste. I will go back and try other sides but I did go for the steak and it was incredible.

    We had a reservation for the bar. We were told our server would be the bartender. We were seated at 5:30. After over 15 minutes, I stopped a passing server to see if our bartender would be over. The young man, Ryker, said he would take care of us. From that point on everything went great! The bartender NEVER even made eye contact with us. He was well attentive to all the other people who came in AFTER we did.

    I am going to be honest! This place was a train wreck as far as service went. They were incredibly understaffed and most everyone's food orders were messed up or delayed, however, Chris the bartender and Ryker, his side kick made the best out of a bad situation. They were great. The food was awesome and a great value in the bar with half off all entrees on Sundays! I would definitely come back and I expect the service will be back to stellar soon.

    So happy we decided to add Prhyme back into our normal dining out rotation! We made last minute early dinner reservations on Mother’s Day. We had great service, tasty hand crafted cocktails and delicious entrees. Bar Menu Meatloaf, Basic Filet and Mixed Grill Entree(filet, salmon & scallops) and Cheesecake with the chocolate ganache (to go) everything was perfect temp and full of flavor! We go often for a nice date night, take our adult children for a treat, and enjoy treating friends for their first Prhyme dining experience.

    A wonderful Mother’s Day brunch with my husband and his 91-year old Mom. The food was spectacular, and the service was wonderful. Our server Brian did a fantastic job taking care of us. Thanks Justin and your great staff.
