Maybe the best at Killington, but just ok by urban restaurant standards. Covid doesn't help, but the food is ok, not excellent, and that is the bottom line.

Enjoyed our eveing at Preston’s. Ordered baby greens salad which is always a favorite and then had scallops on bed of risotto. Simple and delicious!

Started with poor service and went to no service. Apps we good, but the bolognese was the absolute worst I’ve ever had. Steak had no flavor and $60?
Needs a lot of work to be a “ok” food place

DaveT, Thanks for the comments, and I want to apologize for your poor experience. I was on the floor that night, and I am surprised. I had nothing but compliments on the 8 oz. Snake River Ranch Kobe Filet and the Bolognese. None of my servers came to me with any issues. I hope you will give us a chance to make it up to you in a future visit. Please identify yourself to me, or Preston's manager, Paula Nunez, next time you happen to visit. We will have our nametags on, like the rest of the crew.

Prestons always has delicious food , with savory sauces and nee specials to try. Love eating here. They do a really nice job of spacing everyone out it’s
almost too empty , hopeful for more normality in the coming 2021

The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Food was good but felt the drinks were overpriced and average at best. Loved sitting in front of the fire with our so so Irish coffees and felt very safe there during Covid.

First visit after hearing rave reviews. Service was good. Deco was nice. Food average. I sent the special back.

They have to raise the bar if the wish to be a #1 Killington.

They are not there.

This is definitely worth a try. Have been there twice now this ski season and for Killington it's great. Some of the dishes were a little over salted but by and large the food has been really good, drinks well made and service friendly and efficient. I am glad to have a new place to go to and thrilled that the quality is up there.

We have been to Preston's three times in the last month. Twice for dinner and once for a ski-in luncheon where they take your boots, warm them, provide you slippers to wear while you dine. Our smallest party was four and largest was ten. People were pleasantly surprised by the luncheon and some joined us for dinner. In each case, all the diners enjoyed the experience. Food was excellent and service good.

Preston's was delicious! We came early before our reservation and had time to sit at the bar. Super friendly service and cool atmosphere. Dinner menu options were tough to choose from since everything looked delicious. Our meals were tasty and ended up being too full for dessert. Since we were there on Valentine's Day they gave us a red rose with the bill. Very sweet. Overall good spot and would go again.

When making a reservation for 9 people or any number of people, I would expect that we would be given a regular table and not a high table in the bar area to sit at. When we complained about the table, we were told that there was no other table to give to us. The wait staff was friendly and tried to help, so it was not their fault. The process should be changed so that only non-high tables are provided to people who make reservations.

Mashed potatoes were not hot, and had a gummy texture. The waygu steak was tough and would have expected something better for the price (35$). My husband had a filet mignon that was good, and his rosemary steak fries were good, but I felt like this was rather pricey. Our server, Krista, was lovely.

We had reservations for four and couldn't be seated because the table only had three chairs. Once seated it took quite awhile for the waitress to acknowledge us as Dartmouth College was hosting an event in the banquet room and there wasn't enough staff to handle it. Our dinner orders were screwed up by the kitchen. Our waitress actually was very good but was a victim of circumstance...as were we. I won't eat there on a weekend again. The food was pretty good and so were the drinks.

Preston's is the newest and hottest restaurant and lounge in the Killington area. There is a large lounge area with seating at the bar and numerous high top tables as well as a more private and quiet dining room. The menu is lengthy and ambitious with everything from burgers to gourmet entrees. The staff is great - everyone really hustles. At the bar there are 12 beers on tap. It's a real pleasure to have a high end but moderately priced option in Killington - and one that takes reservations too. You can even valet park!

About time the mountain had a NY or Boston quality restaurant. Great modern mountain decor. The food was excellent. We had a big group of 11 that included kids, everyone was happy with the food. Order the fondue amores thing for desert.

Nice new restaurant and bar with great service. Too bad the food wasn't good. We may go back to try a burger at the bar. Something more simple. I think we expected too much out of this place.

Wow!! What a restaurant -- the food was amazing, the service attentive and knowledgable, and just the overall vibe was fantastic. Have been going to Killington for over 16 yrs and this is by far the best experience we've had at a restaurant in the area. The menu is fresh and innovative. Everything we ordered looked beautiful and tasted even better. Couldn't have had a better experience!!!
