This place is not what it was 2-3 years ago. The place was empty. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Restaurant was closed but open table was still taking reservations.
Showed up with 7 people to a closed restaurant. Not happy.
Awesome ambiance. DJ is on point. You also get a GREAT deal with the brunch special.
My friends and I had a great time for my sisters 21st birthday brunch. The drinks, prices, and food were AWESOME.
I ordered the crab cakes and my date ordered the Thai Fried Chicken. The crab cakes were lukewarm and the french fries were cold on both platters. The sangria was warm and not chilled. This was at 12:45 p.m. and it appeared that they just opened because the place was empty ,still no excuse for food that was not hot enough to enjoy.
This used to be a nice place with a big beautiful dining room that had floor to ceiling glass windows. The dining room is now reduced to a tiny, windowless room in the back of the band we were literally the only people there. Cocktails were good , food was poor, the whole place smelled like a wet mop. And don't order straight liquor - you will get one of the tiniest pours in Manhattan.
Not what I expected, thought its was a lounge environment since it does state that on the website, took my friends there in hope of having a good eat then do a little danceing since we're not big on the club scene , but on a Saturday night, when we walked in I thought it was closed.. Food was good
We didn't realize it is a sports bar--good food limited menu of bar snacks and cocktails our waiter told us we had to order the specialty drinks or beer..no not even a lemon drop martini
Pranna it's not what it use to be. They closed down the second floor. There was no DJ . It's no longer a fun place that you can dance at brunch. It was more quite. But good to have a decent Brunch with friends. The food was still good.
They are undergoing renovation so definitely not like their brunch parties in the past. More of a restaurant with okay food
Absolutely loved this spot. the waiter and hostess were extremely friendly.
Only critique that I have is that they should make it aware that the kitchen opens at 1pm. I had my reservation for 12pm, was hungry when I got in but had to wait for the kitchen to prep.
Pranna should not allow reservations for brunch to be made before the kitchen opens. The staff at Pranna did not inform me when I made a reservation for brunch at noon that the kitchen opened at 1pm.
Terrible service - we had to wait to be served and each time we needed something we would have to stand up and go find a waiter to get what we needed. Only saving grace is the music . The DJ was really good and helped pass the time.
I've been to Pranna a couple times before, and last Sunday I was there for my birthday celebration and I had a great time, food was amazing, drinks and DJ was really good too ! Thank you Pranna once again🍾
