Treat the group to experience award-winning fare in an exclusive, upscale environment, while meeting privately with Chef Billings to discuss everything from custom menus to setting and plating. Chef Billings may even share some of his kitchen secrets with the group! The Chef’s Corner experience includes seating for up to 10 in a modern designed demonstration kitchen.
The food is fabulous, the golf course views are remarkable and the intimate outdoor patio and grand fire pit is the perfect spot to gather with friends around a roaring fire. Prairie River is a great suburban locale to gather friends to catch a game on one of the multiple screens, play a game of pool bocce ball, bags or create your own putting contest! In the summer/fall months, the fire pit and patio area showcases some of Chicago’s hottest bands with the Sounds of Summer and Fire pit Fall concert series, weekends Memorial Day through Halloween.
