When you dine at Prairie 360, you're taking in more than just taste with a view. The fine dining experience starts in the glass elevator travelling 28 floors up. You're greeted by a friendly hostess, and then escorted to your table on the 30th floor. The ambience is exclusive to our restaurant; a second to none view, cordial & experienced staff, attention to detail, and thoroughly prepared dishes. Most restaurants are a meal, Prairie 360 is a fine dining experience above the rest.

We love this restaurant and go for every special occasion. On the 31st we were celebrating both new year's and the 20th year anniversary of a death in our family. We brought my 5 year old grand daughter who dressed as a princess for the castle, and fire works. We had been looking forward to it for weeks, and we always love our time at 360. This time, we had a waiter who was quite rude, putting us down through out the meal in an offhand / backhand kind of way. He also reached across the table touching my daughters several times. Also, more that three times he took away plates we were still eating from - we felt so rushed from the moment we sat down that we were unable to relax and enjoy our time there. It was very, very disappointing. We were asked to pay the bill before we even finished desert. We were very aware of the 2 hour limit and we were well within that. It was very stressful. This has never happened before and we felt very "ripped off" of what was supposed to be a magical experience.

It was our first time going and we will defiantly go back. The set New Year’s Eve menu was a bit pricey but the food was good. It was nice to see that there were options for children. Dessert was a bit of a miss, it didn’t seem to have the same level of freshness as everything else. If you enjoy a cup of HOT tea I would avoid ordering it. After steeping my tea for a few minutes it cooled to a lukewarm temp. I sent to back and the next one came steaming but again cooled very quickly. I am guessing the pot and cup are low quality and do not hold the heat. The waitress was very polite and followed up. I didn’t have the heart to tell her that it again did not meet my expectations.

Excellent food for brunch, great view , nice restaurant, waitress was average, overpriced for December 29th brunch. I do recommend to go on occasion however. Brent from Stoney Creek, Ontario

I had the pickerel. Pickerel was tasty and cooked well. The rice “patty” was stale, sticky, oddly-seasoned, and luke-warm. My partner had the ravioli. The portion was very small. The price of the dish did not make sense for the quality and amount. We had the fruit tart for dessert. I have never had a dessert that tasted and looked this bad. The strawberries that were sliced on top were mostly white (un-ripe). I don’t even know what the filling was made of. Could not identify it. I had one bite, and could not eat anymore. The view was nice. I would go back to this restaurant only for the view and an alcoholic beverage.

The staff was super nice, even though we arrived very early. We misjudged traffic. They were super nice and we had the restaurant to ourselves. My food was not hot enough, but they fixed it very quickly and it was so good after the fix. I would go there again for the amazing view of our city.

Incredible view and perspective of Winnipeg. You are paying for the view. Restaurant is on different floor so food arrives tepid and not fresh. We were told it was impossible to have hot tea. Portions were quite tiny for the price. Service seemed rushed and unrelaxed. He did respond to our guestions or concerns.

Server was extremely personable, but service was very slow. Once we finally ordered, it took quite a long time for food to arrive, and the restaurant was virtually empty - I think there were only 2 other tables. Several errors were made on our orders, and one meal had to be sent back to the kitchen as their was a hair in it (right front and center, it was noticed before he started eating). We were comped a dessert tray in apology, which was a nice touch, but we would have preferred that the order was right the first time. The food itself was very tasty, but portions were inconsistent - the cauliflower steaks were tiny and more like an appetizer, beet salad is virtually all beets (almost no greens - this seems strange), chicken sandwich was delicious & very juicy. Watching the city go by while we chatted & ate was really interesting. It is truly amazing how far you can see, and how pancake flat the landscape is. I think the location lends itself more to drinks in the evening than a lunch.
