Had dinner 3 times for different occasions. Very accommodating to both our large groups & intimate dinner for two. They gave our large group a private dining room & on other 2 occasions accommodated our request for outdoor seating. Food is excellent. Some dishes are spicy but it’s Spanish food! Friendly wait staff. Nice bar for pre/post dinner cocktails.
The experience was great !!! , it’s the perfect place to celebrate special dates , food delicious specialty Paella . Thanks and we will comeback
We went to dinner while staying at the resort the night after our wedding and the food was amazing and the service went out of the way to help us celebrate.
Excellent food and service. Wine prices were nuts but that’s resort-wide. Bottles > glasses for sure.
Sadly we were very disappointed on several levels! I had noted in my Open Table reservation notes that it was a special joint Birthday celebration with visiting friends. I spoke with Kelsey personally, the day prior confirming our outdoor table by the Fireplace. We arrived, we were told the Fireplace table was already occupied. The hostess, re-read my reservation notes (about the joint Birthdays) but said that I failed to mention the Fireplace table. I told her that I had spoken personally with KELSEY who said that he had put it in the log. NO ONE said Happy Birthday the entire night. NO ONE, not even the hostess who read the notes about the joint BD celebration and walked us to " the wrong table". The pre-dinner salads failed to arrive before the entrées - the salads arrived with our main meal - (we then declined the salads). The waiter apologized, but he kept pulling a MIA act. The Paella was DRY. VERY DRY! The catering staff was breaking down a private party - they rolled racks, tables, equipment non stop by the patio tables, creating loud noise disruptions. It was truly one of the MOST disappointing evenings that we have had at what is considered a "luxury resort". The location and grounds are lovely; but everything other aspect of our special celebration night was a complete disappointment!

Food was just average. Definitely not worth the ticket amount. Server and other staff were prompt and friendly. Nice ambiance but a bit louder than I’d have preferred.
very friendly and professional waiter by the name of Ric
Glad to see the restaurant back to having quests enjoy it.
The team is very caring .
The new main chefs food is so delicious.
Good for a single, couple or group or family.
The service was mediocre. Bar service was great but once seated it was very slow. The music was not the right ambiance... wish it would’ve been Spanish guitar like it used to be to fit the theme of the property. The menu options were very limited and the wine list was very weak. We love this spot and are even back here currently for brunch so we do frequent this place but it does need some fine tuning.
Excellent tapas full of flavor and nice presentation
Great choice for any occasion. Diverse menu with great food for tapas, starters or main course. The entire staff is knowledgeable and accommodating, and the ambience is wonderful. Wood burning fires with super nice decor. Highly recommended.
Great setting with the mountains in the background, fountains in the foreground on a Spanish patio. We eat at sunset, with a light breeze. The staff were friendly, stopped to chat and they were attentive to our customizations and requests. We ate the crispy Brussels sprouts, the frito misto, the scallops, the filet and had the bread pudding. We would order them again - the sauces were the big difference maker.
The Filet was unbelievable. The service was the best you could ask for.
The ambience is wonderful. Feels like an old Spanish mission. Food was excellent although a bit pricey. Service was good but leisurely. Recommended.
My 60th Bday was magical! Chris, our waiter was incredibly kind, patient and generouus. What a wonderful dinner, the food was a delicious culinary event. Thnak you for the bottom of my grateful heart!
Ask for the tapas menu. Those are some of my favorite appetizers. The short rib and diver scallops are amazing. Don’t forget to save room for the bread pudding.
First of all, we were pleasantly surprised to see there was live music (which we thoroughly enjoyed) and we were sat at a lovely table with a great overall view of the restaurant and musician.
All the staff were pleasant and accommodating, especially Oliverio (hopefully that is the correct spelling). We enjoyed his kind smile and good recommendations.
The food was superb (we had the delicious sea bass and prime filet) and a delightful treat for our anniversary - the lemon cheesecake.
We are thankful to have made such wonderful memories for our 1 year wedding anniversary!
Delicious food and drink! My three daughters and I were treated like queens!
The hostess purposely offered us a table as far away as possible from the live music, a singer/guitar player. However, he was so loud that we still had problems conversing over the table. Moreover, his style of playing the guitar made it sound like he was torturing the instrument!
As usual, the food was excellent the service impeccable.
Ordered steak medium, came rare. Waiter not around to have sent back. Ordered a side of scallops, received 2 that were so thin looked like they took one and sliced it in half, was 1/4 inch at best. It was our anniversary, which was mentioned but our waiter did not even acknowledge it until we getting ready to leave. Not sure we will return. Not worth the price we paid.
We enjoyed our drinks, starters and entrees! The bread pudding was the perfect end to a great meal.
The service and the ambiance were great. We were very underwhelmed by the food. The polio al ladrillo was very bland and unimpressive. The paella was good but we weren’t blown away. We would not eat here again.
Food is okay for a top-notch Scottsdale resort
I really wanted to enjoy this place. I did, however the food was not to my expectations. I took my boyfriend here for his bday dinner and we got the Valencia Paella which is ok not GREAT, he got the mignon which was really salty. Not just the sauce but the meat itself tasted like it was doused in salt. Anyway, he took a bite of it (and let me try too) and we had to return it back to the kitchen and replaced it with the braised short ribs. It was better than the mignon but not great either. For the price, I would not come back. The service was great though, they were really nice about everything even though I know it’s not an ideal situation. enjoyed the ambiance and live music though lol.
The food was just ok. We had the calamari to start which was like what you would find anywhere. Their paella wasn’t great. Overall, I don’t think I would come again.
Absolutely fantastic dinner, and an amazing start to our stay at the Omni. Our server Ric went above and beyond. And great advice about hiking Camelback the next day. Would definitely return!
The restaurant has phenomenal quality of food and fantastic service. The experience of eating here is just wonderful.
We had absolutely excellent service, I loved the atmosphere and the food, I do wish it was a little bit bigger portions for the price we paid but overall loved our experience there I will definitely go back!
We had a wonderful birthday dinner with her daughter. Our server was excellent and the food was wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Awesome food and great service! Definitely will be going back.
The food was not great at all and we didn’t feel that good after we ate it
Beautiful restaurant. Food was perfectly prepared & delicious. Our server, Rick, was friendly, polite & made excellent recommendations. I would go there weekly if I lived closer.
An absolutely perfect evening and dinner at Prado. We all had a fabulous time! It was so wonderful that we are dining there again tonight. Can’t wait!
Live music was awesome. Acoustic guitar played every from Pearl Jam to Alice N Chains. Short rib is a no brained. Unbelievably good.
Service was excellent! Food was delicious! Would definitely recommend Prado
A slow start - it took 35 mins after we sat down to get our appetizers . To be fair I think the staff were very stretched . The Paella was excellent and well worth the wait
Excellent service and food and food was delicious....
Our favorite place to eat in Paradise Valley. Even when we stay at another resort if the Montelucia is booked up, we still have dinner at Prado. Try the new filet. It’s off the charts!
