First, our waiter, Oliverio, was a perfect server- just excellent. His timing was impeccable and he answered all of our questions clearly.
This was Thanksgiving dinner for us and the food isn't like Mama used to make, but it was very good. The portions were certainly adequate and we didn't go home over-stuffed like we used to at family Thanksgivings.
My husband asked for all dark meat, rather than the white meat that was usually served, and was served large, juicy portions. He asked for more cranberry sauce and received it. As a piscetarian (one who doesn't eat meat, but does eat fish) I had the sea bass. It was the best ever - a big moist piece. Pumpkin pie was designer's PP. It was tasty, but not what we had hoped for.
Actually, we had a wonderful time and would do it again for sure.

They just returned from a trip to Spain. Prado suited us just fine! Will return again.
This is quite possibly the best overall restaurant experience we have ever enjoyed. We ate tapas style. The server was very accommodating splitting salad into perfectly presented servings and presenting each dish with care and appropriate spacing. Alexander Valley blended red wine reasonably priced and consistent with wines of the region, Beet salad with arugula, exquisite blue cheese, candied pecans and and 2 well treated blueberries, lump crab with avocado and melt in your mouth port glazed short ribs with gnocchi and tiny squash. Each dish stimulating our taste buds in unique way and overall leaving us feeling we can hardly wait to come back.
Tapas and main menu food excellent. Paella Valenciana rocked! Only complain is that it took forever to get the food. I understand paella usually requires 45 min preparation but even the tapas to forever. Dinner for 2 took 2 hours - tapas, soup, main course, dessert.
The food was delicious - AGAIN!!! The views of camelback mountain from the patio dining area are spectacular. Prado is such a relaxing environment and the service is outstanding. Ask for Chris as a server and your meal will even be more perfect.

requested something nice for our anniversary but the restaurant did nothing to accommodate such an occasion as I was promised. just disappointed.
Outdoor seating an view was amazing, The food complemented the view . The Resort an staff were great will definitely be back.

We went to Prada based on Open Table reviews for the highest rated tapas in Scottsdale, and it was amazing. There is a separate tapas menu - ask for it. The shrimp was hands down fabulous. My husband is not a shrimp fan, and he ordered a second. We’re already planning a trip back to Scottsdale in the summer and Prado is definitely on our dining list.

The restaurant the core and ambience are excellent very cozy the food was good but I would have to say that the portion lacked the true representation of a paella . Overall with service and Decour food taste drink menu of the restaurant is a good option
It’s very expensive and I didn’t feel the quality matched the price and sadly, the service wasn’t there. I think our table was an afterthought. It was a ridiculously long dinner with long (almost felt forgotten) breaks in between service.
Fantastic... chicken dish, and mushroom pasta won’t disappoint.

On vacation, my wife and I enjoyed an early Friday evening dinner at Prado. Just a beautiful setting, astride the lovely courtyard, lit palms, and fountains on a cool desert night. We both tried signature cocktails to start - fun and colorful. I was a little disappointed in the limited and (I thought unusual) selection of Spanish wines. But any disappointment was dispelled with our selection of tapas starters. We shared the baked Brie and stuffed Medjool dates with the very tasty small loaf of herb bread and basil/pesto spread. As an entree, we both enjoyed the braised short ribs - unbelievably tender and delicious - and the wild mushroom tagliatelle - so good and rich I forgot it was a vegetarian dish! A wonderful evening and dinner at an unforgettable venue.

the salmon was mushy and the scallops were very fishy smelling...food was super salty

Scallops were raw and chewy for the price they charge it should never be an issue
Prado was everything we hoped for as we celebrated an anniversary. The table on the terrace offered a magnificent view. The bubbling water from the fountain provided a tranquil backdrop. The menu offers a wide variety with unique and interesting flavors. We tried several small plates and finished with a specialty paella. EVERYTHING tasted wonderful and the spanish white wines were a perfect complement. We will return for another special meal. We highly recommend this gem.

The entire experience from the spa to dinner was just ok; as a local I prob won’t be going back to the Omni until they make some improvements to the spa pool area.
Absolutely beautiful atmosphere, the service was impeccable and food was amazing! There was also live music during our meal. We loved it.

Amazing food. We went for Restaurant week and did the wine pairing. Food was Fabulous as well as the wine. Servers were amazingly accommodating for food allergies! Great date night spot
Went for Resturaunt Week. Food was great minus the desert. It was disappointing. I had the cheesecake and my friend had the bread pudding. Both were ehhhh.
Our tagliatelle had raw OR BAD seafood!! It was our anniversary dinner. Had to leave due to stomach issues. Lamb appetizers and beet salad excellent, but everything was down hill after entrée. Not the best way to spend anniversary dinner!!!

Dined at Prado for Arizona restaurant week and had such amazing food! One of the best places for what is offered for a 3 course meal. We tried out the Baked Brie as a starter which was absolutely delicious. Warm baked Brie inside of there house made bread with a lemon jam. Enjoyed the Rioja short ribs which were so flavorful over gnocchi pasta. Finished off our meal which was recommended by our server the Bourbon Bread pudding. Wow!!! It was the best dessert I have ever had!!!

Went for restaurant week. Only item we ordered that we liked was the Spanish onion soup. The caesar salad was bland, bland, bland. The short ribs fatty and tasteless. The bread pudding undercooked and runny. First and last stop at Prado.
As always, everything was excellent. My only comment was the charge of $17.50 each for our vodka martinis. Each of our party had 2 which resulted in a charge of $140 on the bill. I consider this to be
s bit excessive.

Love the night lights and view of the grounds.
They don’t give you anything special for your “special occasions”. The main dish was good but the sides are ridiculous, I paid 55$ for a very tasteful sea bass paired with beet juice, some yellow goo and 5 small undercooked vegetables.... oh yeah there were also some weeds with vinegar and one mandarin orange.
