This place does not disappoint!, the food is terrific!
the salmon was mushy and the scallops were very fishy smelling...food was super salty
Desserts and salads were excellent
Scallops were raw and chewy for the price they charge it should never be an issue
Prado was everything we hoped for as we celebrated an anniversary. The table on the terrace offered a magnificent view. The bubbling water from the fountain provided a tranquil backdrop. The menu offers a wide variety with unique and interesting flavors. We tried several small plates and finished with a specialty paella. EVERYTHING tasted wonderful and the spanish white wines were a perfect complement. We will return for another special meal. We highly recommend this gem.
Good day, Thank you so much for your excellent review of our restaurant! I am glad to hear that your anniversary dinner with us was exceptional. Please let us know if we may ever assist in welcoming you back in the future. Sincerely, Dan Missal Director of Outlets
Had such an AMAZING night out with the Wife! Chef Marcos and the team are GREAT! Food was delicious and service was spectacular!! Thank you!
The entire experience from the spa to dinner was just ok; as a local I prob won’t be going back to the Omni until they make some improvements to the spa pool area.
Absolutely beautiful atmosphere, the service was impeccable and food was amazing! There was also live music during our meal. We loved it.
Good day JulieP, Thank you so much for your raving response about our restaurant! We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Sincerely, Dan Missal Director of Outlets
Amazing food. We went for Restaurant week and did the wine pairing. Food was Fabulous as well as the wine. Servers were amazingly accommodating for food allergies! Great date night spot
Went for Resturaunt Week. Food was great minus the desert. It was disappointing. I had the cheesecake and my friend had the bread pudding. Both were ehhhh.
Our tagliatelle had raw OR BAD seafood!! It was our anniversary dinner. Had to leave due to stomach issues. Lamb appetizers and beet salad excellent, but everything was down hill after entrée. Not the best way to spend anniversary dinner!!!
The restaurant week menu choices were great, well presented and delicious!
Good day, Thank you for your response. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the restaurant week menus. Hopefully we can welcome you back in the future. Sincerely, Dan Missal Director of Outlets
Dined at Prado for Arizona restaurant week and had such amazing food! One of the best places for what is offered for a 3 course meal. We tried out the Baked Brie as a starter which was absolutely delicious. Warm baked Brie inside of there house made bread with a lemon jam. Enjoyed the Rioja short ribs which were so flavorful over gnocchi pasta. Finished off our meal which was recommended by our server the Bourbon Bread pudding. Wow!!! It was the best dessert I have ever had!!!
Good morning Sandra, Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience in Prado. We are very pleased your experience was exceptional and that the bread pudding exceeded all expectations. We look forward to hopefully welcoming you back in the future. Dan Missal Director of Outlets
Went for restaurant week. Only item we ordered that we liked was the Spanish onion soup. The caesar salad was bland, bland, bland. The short ribs fatty and tasteless. The bread pudding undercooked and runny. First and last stop at Prado.
As always, everything was excellent. My only comment was the charge of $17.50 each for our vodka martinis. Each of our party had 2 which resulted in a charge of $140 on the bill. I consider this to be
s bit excessive.
Staff is fantastic! Food is great and atmosphere beautiful
Love the night lights and view of the grounds.
They don’t give you anything special for your “special occasions”. The main dish was good but the sides are ridiculous, I paid 55$ for a very tasteful sea bass paired with beet juice, some yellow goo and 5 small undercooked vegetables.... oh yeah there were also some weeds with vinegar and one mandarin orange.
We had a 7:15 reservation, arrived on time, were seated promptly. There was live music, which can be a treat, but it was a little louder than it probably should be,with a 3-piece band. More mellow, loung-like, softer music would seem more appropriate for this restaurant. Aside from that, the setup and atmosphere are great. We took a little longer to order our food, including a couple salads and appetizer, but we didn’t get our meals until past 9pm. We noticed after 8:40pm that our food hadn’t arrived, and was clearly taking too long. The server never came by to check on us during this time. Up until then, he was fantastic. But it’s as though he knew it was taking too long, and decided to avoid the conversation. There’s no way we ordered our food later than 7:45pm, so yeah, an hour fifteen minutes is definitely too long. I had to track down a manager, complain, then still wait 15 minutes before we received our food. A second manager made good by taking a bottle of wine and appetizer off the bill- very appropriate. But we never got an apology from the server, who in this case, was at fault- he didn’t time his order and and it through appropriately. It happens, but accountability goes a long way. Aside from what is likely a fluke bad service experience, and slightly louder music, this place is great. Great food, great atmosphere.
We enjoyed our meal very much the staff was very helpful everything was hot delicious and we would do this again
We had only tapas, which was the right amount of food for us light eaters. Fortunately, we knew about the tapas because we were not offered the tapas menu and had to ask for it. Would like to have seen more wine options under $50.
Enjoyed the restaurant. Beautiful. Great service. Good food. It was overpriced for the quality.
Good food at reasonable prices. Okay service (very good if you go in with casual resort dinner in mind, a little lacking if you go in with ‘nice’ restaurant in mind). Same to be said for ambiance, very nice for a casual dinner, but perhaps a little on the plainer side if your looking for something ‘fancy’. Overall a good experience, would recommend almost any of the starters, paella was so/so but the quality of the food makes up for a lack luster presentation. The mushroom pasta on the other hand was incredible.
Overall, good for what it was, would return but left me wanting a little more from somewhere with such potential
The best feature of Prado was, that having had arrived early, we were still able to go to the bar and find a spot there! Must be because it’s summer in AZ!
The hostess came to get us and escort us to our table. The service was efficient and extreme polite. The food was great! We had the Paella. And everything that we couldn’t eat was packed in recyclable material.
The staff were attentive and very friendly. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the fried calamari appetizer, and the Prado and Valencia Paellas were incredibly delicious and flavorful.
Great service with great food! Perfect view with sunset overlooking camelback mountain!
Our party of five went for dinner and I enjoyed the half chicken while the other 4 had the same pasta dish. We all enjoyed our meals and will return to this hotel restaurant again.
First time at Prado’s the food was terrific service above par ! We will return.
Great service ! Delicious food!
Lunch with friends. Not crowded, so easy in and out. Food was perfect....portion and taste👍
Started with a few tapas and a wonderful Spanish Tempranillo. Our server Christopher helped us with recommendations for our main course. I had the short rib and my fiancé had the prado paella. Both of these dishes were excellent. Highly recommend trying this place out. We are local and will be stopping by for happy hour some time!
Met some long term friends at Prado. Everything was very good except the live music was too loud and made it difficult to carry a conversation. We were seated at a nice table on the opposite side of the restaurant.
It was our anniversary and we had the best meal. The service was impeccable. Very happy with our experience. Highly recommend this restaurant
Sitting at the tapas bar is a wonderful way to dine
The tasting menu of authentic Spanish tapas allows you to enjoy and not have to think about what to order......the food keeps coming. Megan, the chef at the tapas bar, makes it a special evening
Even the sangria was authentic along with acoustic Spanish guitar
Meghan is the best at the tapas bar! We can’t wait to come back again!
The filet mignon was excellent!
We were there for lunch and the food and service was wonderful. The restaurant was not busy during the time we were there so it had a quit and relaxing atmosphere. We sat outside so we could enjoy the beautiful views of the resort.
Haley was awesome...we were running late and she didn't make us feel uncomfortable...Chris was amazing and very helpful with my wife's special diet...our dining guests were impressed as well...food was perfect...we will be back
We celebrated our 19th anniversary at Prado. The food was excellent and there are many Gluten Free options. We also enjoyed a very good wine selection. Great time!
Very nice ambiance. Ordered scallops, short ribs, and seafood pasta and all were good. Definitely expensive but nice special occasion restaurant.
