Great service, not great food. Our crispy patatas bravas came out mushy. The soy chorizo was not added to the paella dish although the chef said it was in there. It was overall bland. Most of the food required more salt. Branzino was also bland. disappointed since we went for a birthday celebration although the banana bread pudding was good.

We had an absolutely lovely evening. The food was delicious, the ambiance was lovely with nice but not overloud music in the background, and our server was charming. The only reason that it is not 5 stars is that parking was confusing and not well signed.

My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. The whole evening was very special. It was Arizona Restaurant Week, which was an added bonus. We got a wonderful booth that provided an intimate setting in the energetic atmosphere. It was a Saturday night and there was an outstanding piano player and singer (Matthew) who added the best playlist to our evening. Food was over the top delicious and an incredible value (likely due to restaurant week). Service was nicely paced. Will definitely be returning for another meal.

Beautiful decor and the staff were very attentive however the food and drinks were less than impressive. I ordered the blackberry smash which tasted boozy and unbalanced. My husband's filet was cooked appropriately but unseasoned. The paella rice itself tasted bad and was topped with poor quality seafood. We got the shrimp and octopus for appetizers which were average. The wine, table bread, and coffee were the best parts of the meal. Overall wouldn't go back but love the resort so I'm hoping they update the menu or improve the current dishes.

The ambience and decor is gorgeous at Prado. The service was great. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The problem was the food. Everything was just very average. Nothing spectacular. It always bums me out when restaurants don’t warm the bread because how hard is that and it makes such a difference to the consumer. we ordered the bread-—paid for it - as it was was not complimentary —it was cold and stale. Very disappointing. we won’t be back

Even though it was a Tuesday night it was not a full restaurant, but allowed for a relaxing evening. The atmosphere was very peaceful and we were attended to right away. The entire staff from valet to waiters were wonderful. We will be going back again.

I have no idea what some of the prior reviewers were complaining about but the 5 of us had a wonderful experience at Prado. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious and our waiter (Javier) was great. Ambience at the Omni and Prado restaurant is beautiful. Father ‘s day was celebrated beautifully . Thank you Prado and Javier .

First time dining here. Brought my daughter, niece and a friend. Outstanding food and service. Our waiter, Jonathan K., was outstanding!! While the food and ambiance was wonderful, it was Jonathan’s attention, help with the menu in making selections and friendly personality that made the evening very special. I’ve traveled the world and this was a top-notch experience!!

I had the gazpacho and it was sweet so it obviously had sugar in it .. and the fish was in a tasteless salty broth . My husband had the organic chicken which was was really good . So for me with the inconsistency of the food I probably wouldn’t go back but the service was 5 star .

We visit Prado every time we come to Scottsdale. Our last visit a few weeks lived up to all our wonderful memories of this special restaurant!. The food was very very good, but our server and the staff excelled! They are a young crew, but exude a level of professional service seldom experienced! Looking forward to returning soon!

The food and service was outstanding. Chris was very kind and every dish he recommended was fabulous. Prado is romantic,elegant without being stuffy. The flamenco dancer and Spanish guitar musician were a pure gift. This has become our new favorite place!!

Very good service and the food was very good! Had the Restaurant Week Menu and it was very flavorful without being "over the top". I appreciated this restraint as many restaurants believe they need to add the "kitchen sink" to be creative!!! Will return in future to experience other dishes.
