Our server, Victor was great! The veal piccata was fantastic, never needed a knife. Great bottle of wine at a reasonable price. We have eaten here many times and they never fail to serve a great meal. Consistent every time.

As always, the food and the service were extraordinary. From the Bombay martini with stuffed olives to the veal saltimbocca to the gelato trio ( which by the way is the exact same meal I order every time ) it was delicious. Our waiter was very pleasant and diligent. One of our all time favorite restaurants!

Our first time here, we celebrated my wife’s birthday. The food and drinks were excellent. We eat out a lot and prefer Italian, this will now be in our rotation for future visits.

We drive from Lakewood Ranch to Positano's (that's a shlep) to get consistently excellent food, service and an overall pleasant experience. We used to live by Positano's, moved five years ago, and still go regularly. It's worth it.

Every time I come to town- I can’t fly back to the west coast without coming here for dinner and ordering the best fettuccini Alfredo. Mind blowing! Fettuccini Alfredo with scallops!!

Had high hopes because of a friend recommendation. Got the Sachietti app, wasn’t flavorful with a butter sauce and crumbled bacon on top. After that I decided to try the pizza as when you walk into the restaurant the wood fired oven is featured. I’m disappointed to report the pizza was average at best. Server was pleasant and somewhat attentive. It’s difficult to get quality Italian food in Pinellas county.

My wife and I arrived 10 minutes ahead of our 7:15 dinner reservation and were seated quickly. Ordered our usual calamari starter that, to no surprise, was delicious. Restaurant was about 50% full but intervals between appetizer and a couple drinks was about 45 minutes, with another 45 minutes before we were told our dinner was being plated up. Another table of 4 that arrived 20 minutes after us were served appetizers, salads and their meal while we waited. Opted to take food home vs waiting longer. Food quality is usually always good, service the same; it appeared the front of the house and kitchen were understaffed.

It took an hour to get our dinner. Must have been a kitchen problem.

Positano's is an absolute gem! This was our second visit; we were so impressed the first time thatwe invited friends to join us for this visit. They, too, were impressed and will be back.

The food and service was excellent!

Always a great meal! I got the Veal Piccata and my husband got the Veal Saltimbocca. Both are wonderful. Our friends got a pizza and the lasagna, which is alway outstanding. This is one of our go to restaurants each month.

The wine selection started the night off right. The appetizers were delicious, and a perfect amount for an appetizer (think of the story of the Three Bears). Our meals did not disappoint - The food is amazing!

Tori (hope I spelled that right) and Tyler made sure we were well taken care of!

Nice atmosphere. Good early-bird specials. Clam appetizer was very good. The veal parmesan was a little dry, it could use a little more red sauce.

The owner of the restaurant is great the service is great and friendly the food is outstanding.

The only negative of the evening was that it was a little warm in the restaurant. Other than that, it was a lovely evening.

We waited a little longer for our food due to take outs and issues in the kitchen but we were in no hurry. House chianti was great, food was superb ! Tom our waiter was excellent ! We will return !

Food was good. Service was really good, but it looked like they were understaffed which is understandable with the covid situation. All staff worked hard to make sure our needs were taken care of...Tyler, our server was very attentive and was aware and apologetic of any delays. Restaurant manager, don’t know name, also helped with bar service and personally delivered our cocktails to shorten wait time. Main course was excellent. Side of linguine Alfredo had to be replaced, but replacement was excellent. We were seated adjacent to a 70th Birthday Party which was a little noisy, but we participated in the singing. Prices were competitive and we will be back.

Got seated at a small table in the bar area. Was surprised that there was no more social distancing going on. Felt way crowded with tables on top of one another. Food was still fantastic as always.

The food was great but I was not impressed with the service. Our waitress was nice but we had 7:15 reservation and they decided to close early since they were having a slow night. First off, they sat us right in between 2 other couples when they had the whole rest of the restaurant to seat us. Secondly, we wanted to try the pizza but they already shut the oven off. Lastly, we weren’t even finished with our bottle of wine and they asked if we wanted to take it Togo and started putting up the chairs to start cleaning when it was only 8:15pm. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back to Positano’s because we were basically rushed out of there.

Our visit started out for Valentines good in till we made it to the restaurant our waiter by the name of Victor was rather rude and he never introduced himself. He tried to rush us as fast as we could we ordered Caesar salad‘s that took 45 minutes and he never once came back to our table during that 45 minutes to see if we need anything else,drink refills water nothing. Finally we asked another waitress what his name was and we told her the issue and she kept coming back to the table and checking on us. My steak was well done when I ordered it medium rare. The best thing about the whole meal was the Caesar salad that came with the dinner. After the food was delivered our waiter never came back to see if there is any issues so I can send the steak back. I had to get up and go to the bar to get my own refill of water. My wife had a liquor drink and wanted a second and never came back to find out if we wanted more it was horrible service I will never go back there again.

The restaurant was wonderful. We went for Valentine’s Day and were very happy with the atmosphere, the food and the service. So happy we went and cannot wait to go back again.

I had the chicken arribiatta and it was outstanding! One of those meals that you keep eating after you are full because the flavor is just so good! I have had several of their other selections and they are just as yummy. Our server was friendly and attentive. I think Positano’s is a 10 always.😋
