Portland Seafood Co. - Mall 205
Our server was very friendly and did an excellent job! The food was good and a good value. I'd go there again!
Wonderful time with excellent food. Attentive service and nice atmosphere.
Food was delicious but too much salad dressing on my salad.
Server was great, food was good. Overall experience for Mother's Day was great!
We requested and got outdoor seating. It was a beautiful Mothers Day, but they did not really set up their patio to make it special. Nevertheless, we were pleased with our visit.
over priced and bland. booth was very tight and restaurant was noisy.
lobster was expensive and disappointing.
We have now celebrated Mother's Day at this location for three years in a row. (We also eat here at other times during the year.) The food is reliably delicious, and the service this Mother's Day was great!
We eat at Portland Seafood at the Mall 205 location often. Their food is always fabulous and we’ve recommended them to friends and family.
Great menu with lots of choices! Need to order right away or you'll be changing your choices.
This is Our go to place. Shane was Our server Sunday and his service skills are excellent. Portland Seafood is the only place I get fish and chips. Had a lot of birthday parties here as they have a gluten free menu.
While staff is nice, the food is very blah for cost. Everything was over cooked
Always a great lunch when dining here. Service is always spot on and food never ceases to amaze us.
This is my "go-to" place for all my celebrations. Their coleslaw is the best on earth! I had my traditional 3-piece cod fish and chips and it did not disappoint. The burgers my grandsons had, were awesome. My wife had a pasta dish with shrimp, and her sister had a sandwich. All food was very tasty. I just wish they still offered fresh bread at the tables. That was my only disappointment.
Our server was attentive. The food was excellent. I’ve never had a bad experience at Portland Seafood Co.
Not what it used to be. The menu is lacking in shrimp and halibut dishes, relies too heavily on steelhead and red snapper. Bar waitress on Saturday evening had zero personality and we had to go up to the bar to re-request waters for the table. Absolutely not worth the $113 tab.
Love this place. Food is always good and staff is excellent.
Great little spot for tasty seafood. Has a little strip mall feel to it, but the food made up for that. Service wasn’t super speedy, but still friendly and overall a good value. Oysters & crab & artichoke dip were delicious. Fish and chips were spot on & all the fish preparations were pro.
Best service I've received in a long time. I would go back just based on the way I was treated. Food was good. My wife's crab and shrimp cakes were great.
Food was delicious and service friendly and quick
Outstanding food for a very reasonable price.
Everyone loved their entree. Wine was half price on Wednesday. It was easy to get to.
Awesome food and the service was exceptional! We will definitely go back.
Service was really slow. It took almost 25 minutes for our order to be taken. Husbands soup was barely warm. He said he would eat it because he didn’t want to wait another 25 minutes for a replacement.
Way to expensive way to little food 3 shrimp and 3 oysters and nastey fries and upgraded fish to halibut 2 people 75.00 never again
Food was good, was kind of surprised. The restaurant could be a little updated. Overall, service and food was great.
We had a very enjoyable dining experience on Valentine’s Day. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and eager to make sure we were enjoying our meal.
My seafood platter was excellent. My wife's pear salad was too wet, but tasty.
all of my family there were 5 of us enjoyed our time and the dinner was delicious....
I come to Portland every few months and this is a regular dinner place for my mother and me. Food is very good, there’s a lot of choices and if you can get a booth it’s quiet enough to talk without shouting. Consistently good service and quality.
When I ordered the crab melt there is Little Crab but mostly filler on it very salty... also my shrimp appetizer was overcooked... and you have to ask for the complimentary bread now or they wont bring it.... probably won't come back
We've eaten here on a number of occasions and our experience this time was much the same as previously. The seafood items (can't speak to other menu items) are consistently good, if not outstanding. I loved the lemony sauce on the green beans which were cooked perfectly tender-crisp. We were there early on a Sunday evening so the noise level was quite low but would be higher at a popular time.
Our waiter, Jesse, was outstanding. He approaches all that he does with professionalism, warmth and efficiency. He knows how to interrupt very sensitively. He is a delightful person and does his job in a most excellent manner. The food on our menu was also very tasty and delightful. And we were surprised at how competitive and relatively inexpensive the wine list is compared to most other restaurants. That was a real gift. I have been to this restaurant about half a dozen times. What I report about the food, the waiters and waitresses and the atmosphere is consistent and reliable. I would take family and friends there because I don't have to worry that I would be negatively surprised. Their Happy Hour is also varied and reasonable in price.
Just a little surprised when my meal was brought to my table. I ordered the 3-piece "true cod" fish and chips, and was shocked at how few French fries were on my plate. The fish and coleslaw were their normal size, but it appeared as though someone dumped the last of a batch of fries with the intent of adding more, but forgot. In the past, I have had so many fries, that I could share them with my wife. Not this time. I had barely enough for me. It would seem that with such a cheap side as fries, more could be on the plate. P.S. Our server was excellent and took extremely good care of us.
It was just fine.
We went looking for good Oregon seafood and were disappointed. Service was ok, food wasn’t all that great. For what you pay here, you are better off driving to the coast and spending the gas money to get fresh from the ocean food.
Excellent service for a small group lunch. Great seafood choices.
Our favorite seafood restaurant in Portland! Servers are always helpful and friendly :-)
Much was good. The waiter was friendly and tolerant of our loud group. The fresh oysters were yummy. The entrees were a mixed bag. My cioppino had a nice broth but the fish and shellfish were overcooked. Folks who ordered crab and lobster were happy all except we had to ask twice for crab crackers and the requested drawn butter never came. Dessert was delicious. Would revisit.
Outstanding service. Food was great and we actually were able to hear each other.
