Wow! This place exceeds all expectations. I’m not a paid reviewer, and all I can say is please go if you want a fantastic night. Everyone who works there is 💯. The food is delicious and the desserts are so creatively presented. The music and mariachis are so fun. Loud but comfortably so. Just a terrific ambiance. We are at a middling all inclusive (Krystal Altitude)) and I am pretty depressed about the food. The restaurants have the look of a communist country 40 years ago, but with a coat of yellow paint to liven them up. The Italian place kind of sucks and you can’t get into the Hibachi or Ayami for love or money, it seems. Porfirio’s really helped right the ship last night. Thank you all!

En general el servicio regular, tardaban demasiado en atender, el show de mariachi bastante pobre solo 10 minutos “tocando” con música de ambiente encendida. No volveríamos

Entering the establishment its was nice decor,Food had amazing taste and flavor , service was on point and very everyone was very pleasant , everyone came around to see if we was doing fine ect. Definitely would recommend to others of this fine establishment, some dishes had awesome views on some dishes which was very impressive to us .Definitely would like to visit again

This is such a beautiful restaurant and the server staff is on top of it, very attentive. It’s great for adults! Loud environment for children but exciting. They do have a kids club which is amazing however my 6 year old son suffered a severe injury from jumping into the ball pit and fracturing his foot. No compensation was offered off our hefty dining bill (not that it was expected but it would have made a difference imo). It happened on our 2nd night of our 1 week trip and it’s been a difficult time. Unfortunately, we will not go back to this restaurant because of the traumatic experience for our son.

Way too loud if you sit inside, we couldn’t hear each other talking so we sat in silence. We also had about 5 different waiters the whole time. We ate appetizers and then another waiter came over about 10 minutes after we finished and said: is that all? Or do you want anything else? We were so confused because it was someone brand new, and of course we wanted more, we only ordered an appetizer. Later on, we waited at least 15 minutes before we were able to look at the dessert menu, another 20 minutes for churros to come out. And then we sat there for another 15 after eating, waiting there for someone to come grab our food and give us our check. No one came, they were walking all over to tue other tables, and we were so confused because we didn’t even know who our waiter was at that point. Finally, we asked one waiter for our check, he says ok I will bring it. Then a few minutes later he comes back and take a few dishes. Then a few minutes later then he comes back to take more… we were there waiting like, you could have brought us the check before clearing. At that point we were super annoyed because it had been 2 hours since we arrived, the service was so slow it took 2 hours and 15 minutes for 2 people to eat. Finally, another waiter comes over with our check about 5 minutes after our table is cleared.

Amazing experience and dinner. One of our favorite places ever still surprised us. Kids club, great atmosphere, food was awesome. We like to go to all of the best places in the world and this is definitely one of our favorites. Thanks for a memorable night!!
