   One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Definitely the best seafood I’ve ever had. Worth it even though it’s a tad expensive compared to less fancy places.

   The vibe always gets a 100 points! I noticed that they changed the birthday dessert which was quite delightful. We also ordered the churros, which are to die for. Our steaks were a little over cooked - however they made up for with complimentary shots. My cousin enjoyed the lobster. I ordered the sauce that’s used for the lobster to add to the steak and shrimp, loved it!

   Los meseros en constantes grupitos sin estar pendiente de las mesas. La única que siempre estuvo pendiente era la RP extranjera, el capitán bien pero los demás mal. La comida normalita, el lugar quedó espectacular!

   Lamentablemente redujeron la carta, teníamos altas expectativas pero no fueron superadas. El servicio bien, aunque hubo detalles como la atención que en ocasiones estaba ausente. Gracias!

    We visited Porfirio’s for my husbands birthday on May 8th. This is by far one of the best restaurants we have visited. We enjoy fine dining quite often and this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The staff is simply amazing, they are very friendly, professional and attentive. Our waiter Rafael was very knowledgeable of the menu, he made great recommendations and often checked in to make sure we were enjoying our food. The food was delicious, we had the Guacamole con Chicharrón de Rib Eye, a Gringa de Arrachera which was seasoned to cater to our 3 yr old as it usually has a little spice. Rafael and the Chef suggested a different seasoning (we greatly appreciated this gesture) my son ate all of his food. My husband had the Pulpo a las Brasas, per his review the best pulpo he has ever tasted. Cooked to perfection, high quality ingredients and the creamiest mashed potatoes. We shared a Mar y Tierra, my husband likes his steak medium and I like medium well. They were able to cook our pieces separate to ensure we both got what we liked. Rafael brought out a separate comal and finished cooking my steak to medium well at our table (this type of service we have never experienced, simply 10/10). My 10 month old enjoyed the Arroz a la Mexicana, it was very authentic and full of flavor. Lastly, we splurged on the desserts and ordered Los Churros and Degustación de Helados both were delicious and the presentation was super cute. My husband enjoyed the most perfect espresso and I had the cappuccino. From the bar, my husband enjoyed red wine and I had the Jalisco cocktail, both were great. The mariachi during our dinner was nice. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant, we give it a 10/10 and cannot wait to go back.
