   Weve been stopping here for dinner whenever we’re in Philly, about 2-3 times/year. This time, however, I was disappointed because they removed the tablecloths. To me tablecloths make a meal special, otherwise it’s like eating in a deli or diner. Good food but a disappointing atmosphere. I hope they bring them back.

   Excellent service and meal was fantastic. We drove three hours for an encore at Popi’s and it was well worth it! Will be back again.

   Such a great place. Beautiful, food was outstanding and our waiter Omar was excellent. 10 out 10. Also in a beautiful neighborhood

   Great selection of entrees and appetizers. Veal marsala was phenomenal along with the homemade gnocchi. Alison was a very attentive server as we were dining prior to a Flyers game. Would highly recommend to anyone else.

   Palm Sunday early dinner for a friend and I. She enjoyed her ravioli, while I ordered the asparagus soufflé special, which had a bit of crabmeat with it in a delicious light sauce. I also had the appetizer portion of eggplant rollatine, which was excellent. My only comment to Popi's is that they should offer a small tossed salad with an entree. Their prices are a bit on the high side, and a small salad would be appreciated and add to the value of dining there.

   All good. Food , service, and cleanliness. I’ve eaten at Poppy several times over the years and would highly recommend it for anybody coming in to Philadelphia or even people in the neighborhood. It’s nice also because there’s a big parking lot in the back and you don’t have to worry about parking your car.

   Always great to be back at Popi's. Top notch execution from host, to bar, to wait, to kitchen teams. We popped in on Thursday evening and had an amazing dinner with both specials and old-time classics from their large menu. If you haven't been - go, if you haven't been in a while - go back.

    My Mediterranean salad was delicious! The entree I chose was a pork chop. Before ordering, I explained all of my allergies to my server. She assured me I’d be fine. I wasn’t. Twenty to thirty minutes after dining, I became violently ill. I’m disappointed.
